Air Quality Assessors of Florida (AQA), is a statewide indoor air quality testing and consultation service, provider. Founded in 2010, with over 18 years of mold and moisture mapping, our roots started in a Kidwell family business in Small Town, Florida. After gaining experience in pest control, landscaping, termite and WDO inspections, AQA added accreditation in mold and moisture assessment.

Our mold testing services include the use of the most high-tech, up-to date equipment available. Our assessors perform an in-depth inspection of the premises and provide you with a detailed report which includes an explanation of areas affected, infrared and digital photos. The most common cause of mold growth are leaks. There are many obvious places in your home where leaks can occur; i.e., within the roof, water heater, toilet, washer, faucets, and pipes, etc. What happens is, a small leak develops and water trickles slowly into your home's wall cavities causing stains to appear in your ceiling and inner walls.

AQA Engineering performed an Engineering Inspection on my roof which sustained damage from a large fallen oak tree. AQA Engineering identified on their report that two rafters were cracked and in need of repair. I called AQA to request they please mark the two rafters so that my roofers may make repairs. Unfortunately, they said that I would have to pay $1,600.00 for them to return to mark the locations of those two rafters. This is despicable! As their customer, all I am trying to do is have my roof repaired properly but can't due to this company just wanting more money to fill their pockets!

Signed up with Noble Public Adjusting Grp. after sustaining severe roof damage ( internal structures broken ) from fallen large oak tree after Hurricane Sally.. As a result, shortly after signing up with Noble they arrived at my home with HomePros Contractors to plan for roof repairs of which I agreed to. Unfortunately, the initial structural… engineering inspection Noble requested from the engineering firm they regularly use ( AQA ) failed to completely enter my hip roof due to limited access. In the meantime HomePros began to totally re-shingle my roof and made repairs to structural damages

My toilet flooded my master bath and bedroom leaving behind a disaster and mold growth beneath the flooring, into the baseboards and drywall. I’m in the middle of an insurance claim for my bedroom and all the damage. It is necessary to call in a company like this for your families protection, but also house protection to have a proper removal and build back. I already know the money is well worth it in order to have a successful claim and proper restoration of my home with a peace of mind. Thank you to my tech Paul, who was knowledgeable and kind. We noticed a musty smell in our home so after some research and help from a tv ad we decided to reach out to Air Quality. From the answering of the call (I believe her name is Cat) to their service tech Matthew we could not have been more pleased with the service and friendliness. Now everything ended up being just fine but to have the peace of mind helps us at home. I will say the reports your receive are a bit overwhelming but informative. If you have issues or need that peace of mind I recommend this team.

This company is very professional and knowledgeable. Leonard E. and Ashly both did a thorough inspection and their final reports were very informative. It's always tough dealing with insurance companies and they certainly put the situation into context for all to understand. I intend to do a follow up with AQA on a few items that Leonard also noticed to keep an eye on and advised looking in to further. I would recommend them to anyone.

Leonard did an amazing job. He walk us through the process and explain to us different types of mold that can form. He also was helpful on information going forward with getting our house back together. My husband and I will recommend him to our family and friends that have issues to their houses. After taking my son to the doctors for severe allergies my doctor suggested that it could have something to do with my home’s air quality. I googled “Air Quality” and decided on Air Quality Assessors who then came to my home to perform allergen & mold testing. Results were back within 2 days and I finally had answers. The allergen tests came back… negative, but the mold test came back positive with a couple different species of mold being present. I was preparing my home to put it on the market when I found a moisture leak in a spare room. It seems it had been there for a while. Worried about mold, I called Air Quality Assessors, and they took care of absolutely everything. The damage was removed, my homeowners' claim was filed, the cause of the leak was found and corrected, and the area repaired. I was able to put my house on the market in a few weeks, where it sold quickly. I love these guys!
