I have never had to write a review about a company but this company is terrible. Terrible scheduling, communication, rude customer service. They broke my ac unit and told me it was my fault. I don’t recommend this company at all and the Manager was very rude too.

Mr Costa and team was very knowledgeable and professional of what was happening with the water leak in my home which had led to ruined floors and mold! He was able to work with me to make sure everything was taken care. He also gave me great tips on how to make sure I had the best coverage on my home owners insurance going forward. Tom arrived at our home on time and listened to our concern of possible isolated mold condition in our home. After careful inspection of our wall including using an infrared camera he determined that there wasn’t an active mold condition for us to be concerned about. Tom was courteous, professional and fully explained the situation. I highly recommend Protective Solutions to address any concerns with mold removal!

We had mold in our ceiling. The best customer service and attention to detail. Ceiling removed, replaced and painted and it’s seamless. Highly recommend the crew is very efficient and professional.
