2,900 home clothes dryer fires are reported each year and cause $35 million in property loss, an estimated 5 deaths, 100 injuries. In addition, clean the lint filter with a nylon brush at least every six months or more often if it becomes clogged. The NFPA recommends clean lint out of the vent pipe every six months if you do more than 5 loads per week.

20 years in our home and we had never had our flue cleaned. Hired Bill to come out and he discovered we were badly in need of repair. We use our fireplace fairly regularly during the winter and the walls of our fireplace were badly damaged and a possible fire hazard. Bill had to custom build a new fireplace for us due to the original manufacturer going out of business. He did this efficiently, professionally, and economically. The new fire place looks great and also has a heat pannel that helps push the heat out into our family room. Great guy to work with and will be using again in the future

The owner, Bill Fox, came out himself and did an excellent inspection of our 26yo fireplace for us. Completely knowledgeable and thorough. He put all my worries to rest, made a few suggestions for future and cleaned up any mess made. I was reluctant to have someone out due to a less than nice previous experience many years ago. He has won me over for life. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend this company to family and friends. Don't put off the inspection!

What an excellent company to work with!! We had our chimney cleaned, checked & gas logs installed, & couldn’t be more pleased with Bill’s work!! We’ve had many other companies clean & check our chimney & fireplace over the past 28 years, but none came even close to this wonderful company! We needed someone to come out and service our fireplace in our new home as we were having smoke come into our living room after lighting our fireplace a few times. I called Bill, and he immediately tried to explain the possibilities that could be causing the issue. He came out, and assessed the situation and gave me a tutorial on how to safely use our fireplace. He explained things so thoroughly and was very kind about the whole situation. Talk about finding guys that know their business, instill confidence, explain everything in the way that you can understand, and are reasonably priced. This is that company all-in-one. I was selling my townhouse and wanted to have my fireplace inspected so the buyer wouldn't be concerned about it. Their inspection fit the bill and even the buyer's home inspector remarked what a nice job they did. I would highly recommend this father and son team and would hire them again.

This is the 2nd time we have used Bill for chimney cleaning and new gas log sets. Very friendly, on time, great value, knows a great deal about safety and new products. Cleans up after the job is done, goes above and beyond in all aspects of his service.
We will be using Bill for laundry vent cleaning at all of our properties and getting the cage style vent covers replaced.

I absolutely love Bill Fox, the Retired Fireman! Not only did he professionally clean and test my dryer vents but he also showed me how to drain the deposits in the bottom of my water heater, locate and change the filter on my furnace humidifier & pointed out how my furnace ducts had the wrong kind of tape on them! As a first time home owner, this information was invaluable and I am so grateful for his “above and beyond” approach to his customers. I have recommended him to several people!

Came out same day to inspect what another local company had told me. ( They said I needed an entire new fireplace and wanted $5000) This was not the case, our fireplace was just fine. Bill ( I think) was knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me some great tips. Have told friends and family about him already and will definitely be in touch in the future for further inspections.

Bill is now my go to guy. This is my 2nd yr having him service our fireplace and chimney and he does a great job. He's very easy to get along with, explains everything to you in an easy to understand way and is just great guy. When my fireplace heat extractor motor stopped work, he looked for replacement parts and explained to me the charges and even called to let me know where he was at and how much long it would be before it would get installed. I will not use anyone else so long as he is in the business.
