We are a family-owned business and our C.S.I.A. certified chimney sweep has been servicing residential and commercial customers for over 35 years.
In 2010 after working as an employee at one of the largest chimney sweep companies our owner/chimney sweep made the decision to open Affordable Advantage Chimney Service in order to provide a more personalized level of service and a higher level of quality while keeping cost of services at a more affordable level.

Fireplace/stove cleaning removes creosote in order to ensure safe operation and prevent deterioration. We employ a guaranteed "no mess" cleaning method. First, we place tarps on the floor in front of the fireplace and in high traffic areas. The chimney is then cleaned from the bottom. We use specialized tools to clean the firebox, smoke chamber, damper, smoke shelf (behind the damper), and flue liner.

This is a great company. Bill was very professional and completed the job extremely fast and around my schedule. I called affordable advantage chimney service to inspect my chimney whoch was falling apart and leaking water badly into my home. The tech that came out was the owner Bill Reed , he explained to me that my chimney was actually a pre-fabricated housing that was crumbling with age and that total replacement was necessary ( I had been told this before by another company ) he quoted the job and took a deposit that day, the price was substantially lower than the previous companies quote. The work was completed in short order and I am absolutely pleased with the outcome. I will definitely use this company
