My wife and I just went under contract to purchase an 80 year old home with a wood burning fireplace. We were skeptical on the condition of the fireplace and called 3 Fireplace & Chimney companies to inspect the fireplace on short notice. All declined and said they were booked solid for a month. I called Elite Chimney and spoke to the owner Joe who also said they were super busy and booked for a month or longer. He also said they don't regularly service my area. But, when I explained my predicament to Joe, he moved heaven and earth to juggle his teams schedule and send someone (Alex) to examine

Very pleased with the service. Easy to schedule. They also called the day before to remind me and 10 minutes before the actual appointment to let me know that they are on their way. Joe was on time, friendly, and very professional. He took time to explain and show me exactly what was wrong, how he would repair it, and ways to keep it clean and safe in the future. I got the estimate for future work that needs to be done, and i will be scheduling my next appointment with him as soon as I know when my next day off will be.

I contacted a lot of other companies before moving forward with Elite Chimney. They were by far the most responsive, helpful and educated company that I had spoke to. They answered all my questions and were very friendly on the phone. They came out to my house today and I was beyond impressed with the professionalism as well as the customer service. Excellent service! I had an old wood burning stove inserted into the fireplace which was unsafe to use. They removed it, relined the chimney and now I can burn many fires in my fireplace safely with years to come. Thank you so much!.

My interaction with Joe at Elite Chimney is how I wish things went with every contractor that I worked with. Joe Rudd responded to my Angie's list request for quotes within 5 minutes (beating the other 2 vendors by half a day) and was cordial, confident and informative. I had a time issue that would have eliminated Elite based on their first availability so Joe responded by offering to squeeze me in between other jobs in less than a week from my call. He arrived with an assistant and they were friendly and efficient, carefully covering the area as they swept the chimneys. They climbed to the roof

Joe Rudd from Elite Chimney replied promptly to my appointment request and showed up on time. He gave me an estimate that was 50% less than the estimate from a different chimney company and he was also very friendly and answered all of the questions I had about operation of my fireplace. The chase top came faster than expected and Joe was back out and installed it with no complications. I was very happy with the service and product. I would definitely call and ask for Joe from Elite Chimney again. A++

We bought a new house this year with two chimneys that both needed liners and mason work. We've had loads of work done on the entire house with a variety of contractors, which is probably my least favorite thing to manage and coordinate. Joe was incredibly responsive and punctual. His inspection was extremely detailed with photos, and he took the time to explain our needs better than any other contractor we had come out.
