This morning I called Cool Planet Air Conditioning at 8:15am this morning, and a technician was here within the hour. He was very nice/professional. He had my AC fixed by 10:15 am. and it’s not even 11:00 am. My house is cooled down from 81 degrees to 76 degrees. The price for the was very affordable for replacing a dual capacitor. I will be recommending their services to all my friends and family.

George and was prompt, professional and honest. He came out and fixed my 16 Seer HP on the first visit we had no heat and he had all the parts needed stocked on his truck and had my system up and running in no time! Definitely will be using them again and referring them to family and friends.

For Labor Day 2019 my wife and I went to go see family. When we got back to our house today it was 83 degrees inside. I don't know anything about air conditioners so we called Cool Planet. The technician arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes (it was a messed up capacitor), changed the capacitor, replaced a blown a/c fuse, repaired insulation on the attic a/c unit, checked for any other issues, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Excellent customer service and I will be calling this company again if any more problems arise.

From the quotation to the installation, Cool Planet Air was there to answer all my questions, provide excellent advise, ensure installation went well, and made service calls for tweaking to make sure our needs were met! This is customer service at it's finest. Their maintenance service agreement and warranty on parts/labor that was offered gives me peace of mind. Outstanding service !! George came out to my home and did a diagnostic test o my A/C unit. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He showed me everything that needed to be fixed and where the problems where. He explained everything precisely and got straight to the point. This company is one of the few I would trust 100%. Appointment was right on time !

Cool Planet AC is wonderful! Their guys take the time to explain what needs to be done and you can understand it! Way Way less money, they really understand we are all on a budget....affordable plus they finance, it really helps! Would not trust anyone else with my AC or heater!

This review is based on a quote we received for HVAC installation a few weeks back. I understand it’s a business and people need to make money. However, charging someone 20K for labor is a bit much.
The whole HVAC system (top brands) is a bit under 15K. We never informed them of our engineering background of said HVAC systems. I do not underestimate experience and quality of work but that’s a bit much.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of a long string of 100 degree days! I called Cool Planet and they came out right away. After diagnosing the problem on my 10 year old unit as the compressor, Jose gave me the option of repairing it (putting a new part in an old unit) or buying a new condenser. He gave me a new unit at a fair price and had it installed within a few hours. It was great to have cool, dry air in my home again.
I would trust these guys to work on my HVAC in the future and highly recommend them.
