They have the worst customer service. I've actually been using them for years and the past month they have gone down hill. Yesterday I had a service with them and I booked 2 weeks out and they canceled hours before after they confirm with you 5 times then I call want to speak to the supervisor and he promises me they will have maids at my house again today and they go ahead and cancel today. I've kept them through out the years bc their cost efficient and quick but not worth the headache. Absolutely horrible business.

THEY GO THROUGH DRAWERS AND STEAL FROM YOUR HOME! Cash was stolen from both a drawer in master bedroom and my daughters piggy bank stash in her nightstand drawer too. $115 in small change from me. I thought no way would they be so blatant and dumb. Of course I would see it missing. But stealing from a child is new low! Now I'm fearful what other items are missing that we won't notice until we need it. Called twice and was told a manager would call us back. Of course they did not. No apology or any kind of attempt to reconcile.

0 Stars. We do not recommend this company to clean your house. Unprofessional and a waste of money. Terribly disappointing. We purchased a move-in cleaning for an empty house. Bianca and Virginia did a horrible and incomplete job. My wife found dirt in cabinets, drawers, doors, pretty much everywhere. They didn't have a step-stool so they would not clean beyond what they could reach and had minimal cleaning supplies. Was a waste of money as my wife had to re-clean the house herself.

Ordered me once, paid online had to reschedule cause one of their workers..."Got hurt". Rescheduled...and did a crap job. Tried to give them one last shot and they just called me, at night, to let me know their worker "got hurt". I'll just get LIT AF and clean it myself. These people aren't brothers or sisters, they're red headed step children!

After avoiding this company for 2 years since my last horrible experience with them I had a contractor that was doing some work in my home offer me maid cleaning services which I needed and excepted. Unbeknownst to to myself I had no idea that he was contracting BROTHERS CLEANING aka "SISTERS CLEANING" whom which I had a terrible experience with two years ago. Very poor service. They showed up over an hour late. I have small (2br/2ba) home, not very dirty. 2 people usually 60-90 min. I get call after 90 min saying they need more $...NOT!!! So they go 6 minutes over and leave. I look ay floor, still dirty in kitchen? Appliances not even wiped down. I called the manager and told him I didn't like how they do business...he didn't care!! Slow and lazy...don't hire or you will get the 90 minute call for more $$$.

My fourth and last time to use this service. The first time Suzanne and Carman came and did an amazing job. I requested them the second and third times, didn't happen although Victor assured me it would. I made an appointment for 2:00 today. Received a call at 11:40 that they were on their way. Arrived at 11:53. Except for the first time, the cleaners always ran out of time so I added an hour. They still ran out of time & wanted to stay for 4 hours. Then I am told $200 for 4 hours, that the $80 for 2 hours is a special. Anything over 2 hours is $60 an hour. Somehow they came up with

The Maid Nicole showed up Late, Appointment was at 12 and she showed up at 12:30 PM. She did a "rush" job. She asked to borrow my windex and a couple Of my towels.....smh. She used "used" towels when cleaning!! She was late and unprepared. And that's not even the worst part Nicole Quiroz BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!! SISTERS CLEANING / SUPER MAIDS Same company doing bad business. i scheduled 3 appointments and NO one ever showed. 1st they called 10 mins before my appointment and i missed the call so they canceled it. ?? whats the point of accepting online appointments if you still have to call to confirm? every other time was a no show or call.

We have been using their service for several years, the company is super responsive and their team is hard working and they really get the job done. I can't believe how beautiful out floors look when they are done, They show up and work very hard to finish the job in a timely manner. We will continue to use them and highly recommend!

Very disappointed overall despite an "ok" cleaning. Initial scheduling experience was positive and price reasonable, but that's the only good news. Cleaning crew arrived a half hour late, wouldn't dust the blinds until I started doing it myself right in front of them during final inspection, and charged an extra hour even though they only 20 min to fix the issue with the blinds. Clearly, they stuck me for being late as well. To make matters worse, they took a $50 gift card out of my son's room. It was nice that they offered me $25 off the next couple services to make us

Well I'm a little confused about the negative reviews... Two ladies showed up at 8:58 A.M. right on time. They came in, I showed them the house (first time) and they got to work (still here it's 10:18 A.M. and they are almost done). My three year old and I stayed downstairs while they were up and now we are upstairs which I couldn't be happier with! Maybe as a stay at home Mom of two and a wife who cooks dinner EVERY night I just appreciate them more! I feel like I'm constantly playing catch up and I NEVER catch up! I will absolutely use them again and plan to schedule them

I was not happy with this company and will never use them again. They only mopped the hard wood floors the floors had a dull finish when they were done. I questioned something that was missing and company did nothing. Just my word against theirs. I did file a police report, but I'm sure nothing will happen. Not because of the police.

Initially found them on Craigslist, called them couple weeks ago and schedules 2 cleanings few days apart. I have made it clear that showing up on those 2 specific dates is paramountly important. The guy on the phone assured me that they are reliable. Yeh right.
The first cleaning was done poorly, and the maids left a pile of dirty towels on the kitchen (??) counter, the floors were dirty, and they have not done any laundry (I've asked to pay for add on).
