ATM provides highly specialized janitorial services and is one of the very few companies offering such unique options. Our janitorial services include full interior maintenance as well as carpet cleaning, strip and wax VCT, pressure washing sidewalks and parking lots, window washing (up to 3 stories), and high dusting (vents, light fixtures, soffits, etc.).
Anne M. Sutorius is the President of ATM Commercial & Construction Cleaning Services, Inc. since its origin as Annie The Maid in 1979. Through her vision and perseverance, the company has grown into a multimillion dollar per year, commercial, residential and construction. Miriam Barcenas joined ATM in 1999 as Director of Human Resources.

Do not use this company!! They are horrible. I called on a Thursday and scheduled to have my house cleaned for the next Wednesday. They said everything was set up and ready to go. Wednesday came and no one showed up. I called and talked to a Naomi. She was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to!! Told me that nothing was set up and she didn't know when they could reschedule they were too busy. Finally after being on the phone for 30 minutes we worked out a day and time. When they came to clean my house they did a terrible job and then charged my card twice the amount that was

If I could give them less than 1 star I would!! I had them come to my house to clean for 3 hours yesterday, 11/5 for the first time. To make s long story short, they were there 3.5 hrs which came to $362.00 that I approved , signed and paid with my debit card. Late that evening I went out to make a purchased with my debit that was declined. I started to investigate, since I knew there was $$$ in the account. When I looked into my bank balance I discovered 2 charges from Annie the maid. One for 362.00 and a second one for 390.00. I immediately called the company at 6pm to discovered they were closed

Nothing better than coming home to a clean house that you didn’t clean yourself. ATM’s crews always do a great job. I personally use them during busy times in our schedule and the service that we get is phenomenal. The best part. The service is wonderful and consistent. One of the best things we do for ourselves a few times a year.

Annie the Maid performed an amazing job on my custom home. After water damage forced a complete remodel of the downstairs, ATM performed a post construction clean of the entire home. Literally from top to bottom. The organization is run professionally from every level. Scheduling with Debra was completed quickly along with the estimate and the work completed ahead of schedule meeting all expectations. The crew that worked in the house were professional, courteous, and very understanding. In addition, I work from home, so they communicated with me as they would work thru the house, as not to interrupt

I really hate to post about this bc not very many people have reviewed them. But I used this maid service and it wasn't good at all. All I wanted was floors (that I already swept) the kitchen and one bathroom that was pretty much just a toilet. That looked good. But the kitchen looked like they didn't even do anything! I re cleaned the whole thing! They didn't wipe the cabinets, the window, nothing except the counter tops and fan which we already did the counter tops. It was rather strange to be honest with you. I've used cleaning services in Florida way cheaper and they clean
