Don't Fall For The BULL some other Carpet Cleaning Companies PULL! Those signs on telephone poles will mislead you. They lead you to believe they will clean your houses Carpets for $8 or $10 per room its bait and switch you will find out when its too late how much they really charge! Don?t believe those Carpet Cleaning signs on telephone poles they are NOT telling you a true story.

I was charged for 6 hours of "cleaning" my house before we moved in, previous owner left house in bad shape. When I went back the next day I saw all kinds of dirt that wasn't touched or half assed cleaned. They completely missed wiping down all my doors! I called and complained and they did send one person back to clean what was missed. I showed her all that was missed (including oven) I did a walk through with her and still had to point out what she missed! All in all, $420 dollars later, I am still cleaning items that were never touched...Top of doors still dusty, vents not wiped

This company is a scam and a joke. My house still has marks on the walls. I paid $140 extra for carpet shampooing and there's still pet hair and coins on my floor(coins that I left specifically on the floor to make sure that they got everywhere and clearly they didn't)
To say I'm LIVID is an understatement. They basically just mopped and 1/2 dusted. None of my ceiling fans or light fixtures which I specified during the walk through were cleaned. So basically they just dusted whatever was in reach I COULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF. I called my bank to stop

Did not complete the work as promised and started packing before the two hours was up. Bathroom was left half cleaned, when asked about it Stephanie who was in a rush became very defensive. Jazmine finished the bathroom and remopped the floor. During this time I could hear them voicing their complaints in the bathroom. It was really unprofessional. The overall cleanliness of the house afterwards wasn't anything I couldn't have done myself. It wasn't anything I would recommend to someone else. If this is the representation of Pink Ladies, it's a service I will no longer be needing

They were very late to my home. They quoted 4 hours. The two ladies were very nice but failed to do what was promised. They did not clean behind any appliances. They finished early. When I arrived there were two other ladies from Merry Maids so I was still charged for four hours. The new owners were upset about the mess behind the fridge, stove, washer and dryer. Areas I was told would be done were not. They have yet to call me back. I would not recommend either service

Nice and professional business but over priced. I was moving out of my condo and needed a "move-out" cleaning. The gentleman on the phone assured me this deep cleaning would include the standard cleaning of countertops, appliances etc but also the cleaning of the baseboards, blinds, light fixtures, and that they would remove the washer and dryer and clean behind the unit and get all the lint. He basically sold me on an extreme deep cleaning. Which is exactly what I needed as I'm moving out and the condo needed to be ready for a new tenant to move in. I was quoted $180-$240 on the

They have been to my house about 3 times previously with decent results. They just left now and we won't be calling them back ever again. I asked one of them whether she mopped the master bathroom floor and she claimed she did. Then I showed her the dirt I wiped off and she claimed she would mop it again. The counter tops in the kitchen still had crumbs. I just mopped the floor myself and there's dirt on the mop! Don't bother with these guys. I wouldn't normally post such a negative review but these two women were terrible today!

We called them at the last minute to help clean a friends home. He had just got out if the hospital from having heart surgery. Three very professional ladies came in and cleaned everything we asked them to do and more. They were polite, efficient, and reasonably priced, and they didn't use harsh chemicals that smelled. I highly recommend their services. They were a tremendous help that day!

We had them come to the house for 2 hours, Esmeralda and Dilma did an awesome job. They worked in every room of our home (nearly 3000 sq. ft.) They did more than a "bang-up" job. In the time allotted, they were able to dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, etc. They're very efficient and friendly. We would recommend them to friends and will definitely be having them clean our home on a regular basis.

We have had the Pink Ladies Cleaning our house for the past 2 months. They are a wonderful cleaning service. The house keepers are professional , friendly and respectful. we have never had a problem with them at all. They go out of their way to keep out house clean and us happy. Me and my wife would recommend them to our family, friends and anyone who would like a fantastic cleaning service.
