These people wanted $79.00 to come out and give us a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner. When I complained, they decided to not charge me. After talking to my husband, we canceled and went with one of the other companies that gave us a quote. We always get three bids when making major improvements.

Over the weekend I thought our furnace had finally called it quits. So I made arrangements to have three separate HVAC companies come on out and quote us for a new gas heater for our house. The first two companies did exactly what I requested. They provided quotes and educated me on various options for new heating systems for our home. The heater would turn on and then turn back off. I had been a long=term and loyal customer of Credible Air until yesterday. They first scheduled then unilaterally, rescheduled three times before finally showing up. When they did, the owner said he needed a part that would be available at 10 AM the next day. He failed to show, did not call, did not text or email. He also would not answer his phone or respond to text messaging. There was also no answer at the office. After I emailed the owner's wife, she responded that she didn't know what was wrong with the owner but he had an all day installation elsewhere and she knew nothing of his having obligated

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They are very friendly and fair and even got our furnace working the same day just so we wouldn’t have to go through the night without heat. With three small children, it was very appreciated. I will definitely call them again if we have any more issues.
