Our furnace and AC were about 20 years old and not performing great, so after getting bids from a few places, we went with Steele Brothers for a full new system. Tom did a great job of breaking down our options in a no-pressure way, and their pricing was competitive. They were also able to get us on the schedule relatively quickly. The techs, Carlos and Adrian, did an awesome job on the installation. If you are looking for a new furnace or repair services for your furnace, look no further! We purchased our furnace and AC 9 years ago from another company and had been a loyal customer all the while. We hired this company to service our system twice a year to make sure our system was well maintained. Service was great in scheduling an inspection by a technician despite it being in the heat of the summer and with a shortage of technicians to boot. The estimator (Tom) that came out did a great job reviewing our options and explaining what to expect in terms of costs, length of wait for materials, and turnaround time for that actual install. Awesome company to work with. Bill came by and talked us through all our options when we needed a new furnace and worked out some great prices for us. We went with a 2 stage furnace which was very reasonably priced and should hopefully save a fair amount on energy bills.
They scheduled us within a week, and the technicians arrived on time, and were quick and efficient with the install. Steele Brothers installed a new Armstrong (Lennox) furnace (80% efficiency to avoid reconfigured venting, but to replace a 45 year old pilot-lit, less efficient, though reliable Rheem.) To that, I added a first-time AC: a 16 SEER, 3-ton, two stage unit from Armstrong that was significantly higher in efficiency and significantly… lower in cost than either of the other reputable bidders. My home is a 1740 square feet bi-level.
The two-man crew was respectful, masked up and finished the work in about six hours, then instructed me on the setup and use of the Wifi accessible thermostat

Blake Taylor was assigned to repair my AC unit on 8/23/21. I called Steele Brothers Heating, Inc. for service the morning of the 23rd and Blake was at my home by 12:00 PM.
He impressed me with his knowledge and capabilities diagnosing the problem and replacing a defective part. Another company looked at it and instantly said it's toast and my entire unit needs to be replaced. Not so. Thanks Blake for your good work. I appreciate it.

Kristen and Maricio are awesome! We had a few minor issues creep up right after our furnace replacement and new A/C installation.
