Metro Chem-Dry has cleaned my carpets for 18 years! Their service is top notch and the employee are friendly and efficient. I have big dogs and they do a great job of cleaning all the dirt and accidents that come along with being a dog lover! My favorite day is the my carpets are cleaned!

Last night our lab got into hot cocoa packets and opened them on our new carpet...I contacted Metro Chem-Dry and they responded very quickly and even fit me into their schedule on the same day. Brett and Shawn were very polite, professional and very knowledgeable...accessed the situation and started to work on the stain removal immediately. ..they did a FANTASTIC job and I even had them do the entire room and a few large area rugs. I am so pleased that they were able to save my new carpet and that I have found my Forver Carpet Cleaning Service!

Metro Chem-Dry is the only carpet cleaning service that I use. They have been coming to my home for at least 10 years if not more. They make my carpet look like new and are able to get the tough stains out. Their small crew is very professional and experienced. I know I will get my money's worth when they come out to my house. Would recommend to everyone!

Brett was great to work with. Responsive and worked around my schedule as best he could. In purchased a second hand sectional off of Facebook marketplace and I wanted to make sure it was cleaned and sanitized before using it, and chemdry did a great job. From what I understand, cheaper than the competitors in the area also.

My family had toner on their shoes and walked through the living room and our 16 year old dog had a few accidents on the carpet too. What a mess! So please that Metro Chem-Dry came out. They worked hard to get it all cleaned up. Now my carpet looks new again.

Great company. Friendly, efficient, thorough. The costs added up quickly when I added extra cleaning because we have an older dog. But we were mostly concerned about odor, so I got everything. It seems to be worth it, however, because today is a humid day and I can't smell anything! The carpet looks 100% better.
