This review is long overdue. I first called Proline before our extreme heat wave this summer to repair/replace my backyard spigot that wouldn't turn off (older house). They came out right away and quickly replaced it. Very professional and nice. I remembered that great experience and called again last month when my air gap for my dishwasher was overflowing. Turns out the drain was clogged and they were able to fix it quickly. Again, really nice, professional, and they stand behind their work. I also can't forget the office staff and how nice and helpful they are - thank you! I have recommended

Used Proline as they are a contracted provider through my 2-10 warranty. First point of contact, they stated they were at my house and waited 45 minutes. My son and daughter were there, Proline was not. I had already waited quite some time for this appointment.
Appointment was R/S’d. I get a window of 3pm to 7 pm, so once again have to leave work early. 6:55 pm I get a phone call that they can’t find the house, which is strange considering they had already waited there “supposedly” already there on 11/10. Plumber shows up, is there for 5 minutes and stated he replaced the pressure relief

Charged me for a useless home visit that did not address the request for service.
I required a bid for sewer repair after receiving a sewer scope from a prospective home buyer. I sent an online request to have an estimate done. They sent out a gentleman who must have had the incorrect work order because he wanted to inspect the kitchen sink drain, then began telling my wife other issues he saw with our plumbing. I had a water line run for a new fridge! Chris and Eddie did a great job running the line on Thursday and were very nice and professional!! Today when the fridge was installed the fitting was the wrong size. The company jumped into action and had someone lined up to fix it within a few hours. Tyrone and his partner showed up ready to go and knew exactly what to do!! He and his partner were very friendly and professional!! I'm sure this was an "extra" to their day but they were just wonderful and hooked up the line to the fridge for me so the other company didn't have to come back out!! I will use

Having plumbing issues is not a fun thing, but the experience with Proline was outstanding. We had the house fully re-piped which was a major undertaking. But the courteous and responsiveness of the administrative staff to the excellent service provided by Chris, Eddie, Kirkland and Alex we couldn't have been more pleased. They are very responsive, timely, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any plumbing services you might need.
