In 2009, PNW Plumbing opend their own business which was built on hard work and exceptional customer service. They wanted a business where all of his employees treated their customers the way he wanted to be treated. PNW Plumbing has achieved those goals. I had a broken plastic pipe above my water heater. I called three companies and they were the only company that answered the phone. They were there in a few hours. The broken pipe was 10 inches long. I figured the serviceman would set to work on it and finish quickly. But no, he tells me he will be right back with some estimates. I knew I was about to be taken advantage of. Sure enough, he comes back with an iPad with three estimates to repair my 10 inches of plastic pipe. The Bronze for $400 plus dollars. The Silver for $800 plus dollars. The Gold for I can't remember how many dollars. I

I called on a Saturday for emergency service. Thought it was my property and it was my neighbors leak. I paid $150 which is fine. Told the guy to wait 10 minutes so I could contact my neighbor and have them fix the problem. After 8 minutes i went out and the service guy told me he has to take off to another job. I told him I would pay for him to sit there till my neighbor showed up to have the work done. Unreal service. 1st and last time to use this awful company.
