I had a toilet that was phantom flushing. True plumbing was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time. They were quick and very responsive to not only schedule the appointment, but were on time and efficient when it came to the repair. They also didn't charge an arm and leg. I highly recommend True plumbing, I felt they were very honest and had the best interest of the customer in mind.

I filled out an online form for an estimate on a whole home water softener system. He came in the house and said $3400 for the system before looking at anything. Which is 100% fine, but then he said there was a charge of $50 for him to give me the estimate. The email communication I received did state there was a fee, but it did not list the amount. If it had said “$50” fee to give an estimate , I would have noticed that in the email and declined getting an estimate to spend $3400. Why not give that information over the phone or on the website? I can’t recommend based on the practice of charging

To the point: Fantastic company! Very prompt to schedule with, on time for service, and very clean. The gentleman came in with a mask, gloves, shoe covers, and was very polite. He new exactly right away what the issue was with our dishwasher. It is now no longer flooding our countertop, and is in perfect working condition. Would definitely use again, and highly recommend!

Tyler came out and looked at a leak under the bathroom sink, he gave a price for fixing the problem. Then he did something most rare in the business world, he informed me of a procedure that he could attempt that works around 80% of the time without replacing the parts. He repacked the water shutoff valves and was successful, he did not charge me for this. Very good experience and recommend highly. Mike M

Can't say enough about Danny. He went above and beyond when he was out here. Only one in three times to figure out what was going on with spigots outside. No one else has ever bothered to actually take them off. Appreciate the extra thoroughness.

My pipe broke and was having a hard time finding someone to help me out during these very difficult times. They were there to help me when I had no running water were able to fix it on the spot! I had used them before and was very pleased with the friendliness, professional approach, knowledge, price all the good things you would expect.
I asked them to come out and do some more work without asking any other contractors for a bid knowing the job was relatively straight forward. When they got to the house I was presented with how much they were going to charge for the job, without even looking at the job first. Tyler had told his guy to give that to me, so I don't blame the

I was wanting to install an insta-hot in my kitchen. I had contacted True Plumbing about the installation at the recommendation of a friend. We had made an appointment for the install but then the holidays hit and there were missed calls. Long-story-short... True plumbing did some work for me back in January 2018 that completely exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I misplaced my payment invoice, so I didn't have the contact information to write the review. It was so important to me that I tore my house apart looking for it, and I've finally found it. Now, I don't normally write reviews, but Tyler from True plumbing went way above and beyond with both his time and expertise. In addition, he cut me an excellent deal, and I paid about a 1\4 of what I would have paid a larger plumbing company.
