We had our chimney inspected and cleaned today. The technician arrived early and everything was done under 30 minutes. Made sure everything was put back where it was. Overall professional and easy to ask questions. Would recommend this company.

I honestly don't know how anyone could say anything negative about this business. I have been using them for over 20 years. They have installed/cleaned/removed old stove pipes/installed new stove pipes
and I have been very pleased with their service. The technicians that
have come to my home are very knowledgeable and polite. After
using them for so long I always request the same guys. I recommend
them all the time.

The rheostat on our fireplace insert failed. The technician examined the unit and the office ordered a new part. Unfortunately, the part delivered was wrong. Second visit. Then, when the new part arrived only one technician arrived for a 2 person job, third visit. On the fourth visit Jeremy arrived with a helper and 20 minutes later another team of two technicians showed up to make sure everything would go ok. Jeremy replaced the unit, reattached the flu, and caulked the junction. He vacuumed everything and wiped down the unit. Everything works fine now. Everyone was friendly but they were all

They do not give you a quote after asking for $75 to diagnose a problem. While they are there they tell you something is horribly wrong such as your whole flue may have to be replaced. They are just looking to making money on people who do not know anything. DO NOT USE THEM. Chimney Doctor came out and told me the truth and were wonderful!
