Chimney "sweeping" has been around since the Industrial Age, and is still a critical service in caring for your your home. Depending on how much you use your chimney, we recommend having it cleaned and swept about once a year. We clean everything from the flue to the smoke box, taking special care to keep soot and debris under control as we work.
As little as a 1/10th of an inch of soot inside your stove can reduce the heat transfer dramatically. A professional cleaning pays for itself with the energy savings alone. But just like traditional fireplaces with chimneys, pellet stoves need to be cleaned and serviced, and it's important to use a chimney sweep that specializes in this area.
Although chimneys are made to be sturdy, the parts of your chimney exposed to the elements can wear down over time. Perhaps it's time to replace your chimney cap, or to intsall a new liner. Or, maybe you have recently renovated your home and want to update your fireplace, too. If you use your chimney regularly, it's a good practice to have your chimney professionally cleaned once a year. All Pro Chimney Sweeps does not assume an automatic yearly visit, however, because in many cases it's not necessary. Cleaning both the stove and the chimney flue helps your pellet stove operate efficiently and safely.

Outstanding service and highly recommend their company!! From scheduling an appointment with Deb to having Tim and Dave arrive and clean out the chimney. All were very friendly and professional! Would never know they were here. Very neat and tidy! Look forward to seeing them in the Spring!
