DNA is the best. The organic cleaning method is ideal for us as we have a pet. It's amazing how clean and fresh our carpet and rug looked following their careful and thorough work. Excellent customer services style and they do a good job with cleaning fitted carpets and Persian rugs. I also used them for mold remediation and dry wall repairs. They did a great job and Mike is very nice and patient.

The capet cleaning that DNA Pro did in our home last week was wonderful! We have had 2 cats and a dog here. And beyond the pet stains, there was a lot of pet hair that they extracted. Althoigh a little old, the carpeting. Is now so clean that I cannot see a trace of any of the numerous pet and other stains we had. It is like a miracle. Right away, I noticed that breathing became a lot easier! We did pay for the extra deep cleaning for the pet stains and it was well worth it. We are so happy with this work. We'll definitely use them again! Thank you DNA!

We had a significantly damaged (with coffee) silver and gray silk wool area rug that we were positive could not be saved. Given the impossibility of cleaning silk wool, the company was honest with us on setting expectations, and somehow was able to successfully get all of the coffee and red wine stains out. We knew would lose most of the shine it previously had, however the team did a pretty incredible job saving the rug and it looks great.

Outstanding job DNA Pro Cleaning and Restoration! I had little hope of seeing my original flooring ever again. (I, had unfortunately cleaned and polished my hardwood flooring with an acrylic floor polish for 6+ years). Edgar and his team removed the old built up wax, restored my 11 year old floors and brought them back to life!!! The natural wood grain is back and the floors look brighter! I was so happy to see my original flooring again! Lesson learned... NEVER use any of the acrylic floor polishes on hardwood flooring! It ruins your beautiful hardwoods.

The project manager, Joe, was absolutely fantastic. He came out right away to do an initial assessment and quote. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the customer was updated at every step of the process. In working with Joe during my first major insurance issue, he went out of his way to make sure I understood the process, next steps, and even gave me insights as to what to expect as things move forward in the claim

They were professional and prompt in setting up an appointment, arrived exactly on time, and did an excellent job cleaning a bedroom and loft area, along with stairs. Personnel with whom I talked were friendly and helpful; the person who cleaned the carpets was respectful of protecting surrounding areas, and the job was perfect. The entire DNA Pro team is amazing, friendly, and professional. Mike patiently guided me through the process over the phone, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. Mike continued to follow up with me via text and phone calls from start to finish to make sure I was satisfied. DNA Pro technicians, Christian and Brian, are more like artists! They did an amazing job cleaning the ceramic tile floor and bathroom walls. In particular, I was thrilled they were able to restore the sanded grout lines to their original appearance which made me very happy! I cannot say enough nice things

Before moving all carpets and floors had to be cleaned in our rented 5 bedroom house. DNA Pro Cleaning had the best customer rating in my area and they didn't disappoint. Throughout they kept me informed of the service they would provide and they showed up exactly on time both times I met them. The cleaning was efficient and quick, and the older carpets and floors looked almost like new when they were done. Expect to pay a premium price for this service....but in my view it was worth every cent.
