Sam Eckert and the Hot Tub Superstore are top notch. We emailed back and forth with Sam for a couple weeks talking through all the options and what was available in stock vs ordering. Sam was on it and patient with us. And NO pressure. We finally had a phone call to firm up the order and set up delivery. We couldn’t be happier with our Vita Spa Monarque. The build quality is great with good features and no gimmicky add-ons. I’d would definitely recommend working with the Hot Tub Superstore and Sam if you have the opportunity.

Zack totally gained our trust and confidence the first time we met. We had never owned a hot tub before and he assisted it helping us pick the one that best fit our needs and wants. He didn’t rush us into our decision and answered all our questions. After installation he came to our home to run us through our features and double check that we were satisfied. Great Customer service Zack was very knowledgeable and guided me through the selection of my first hot tub. Prices are better here than at other stores. No annoying salesperson pressure. He put together a couple offers and I went with the best one to suit my needs. Delivery will be a few months and I'll post a review for that as well. I would definitely buy from and refer to them again.

Hello, my name is Richard. We purchased a Vita spa 100 series hot tub from the HOT TUB SUPERSTORE. Our experience through the whole process, which included the shopping, hot tub educational info, selection, customization, ordering, delivery and setup (phases) were awesome. Zack our sales rep and the staff were more than helpful and were always there for us through the whole process and even now they have been available and very helpful with our operations and water chemistry questions. I recommended them to my neighbors and they bought one as well. The even gave us a $100 store credit for our recommendation

Sam, our sales agent was very patient and knowledgeable as we looked at all the models on the floor. We chose the Elegant. The price was better than other places for a lesser spa.
The Spa was delivered on time and we love it!
Sam even came out to the house after it was installed and walked us through everything we needed to know about the sanitizing etc.
If you are looking for a Hot Tub then I highly recommend that you check them out.

Zack was very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t know much about hot tubs so he explained everything and showed us the ones he thought would fit our needs plus work on a balcony. He kept us informed on when it would be delivered and he did all the arrangements with the crane guys. The tub had to be lifted over our house onto the deck. Everything went very smoothly and now we are really enjoying our hot tub.

First I wanna explain apparently it is really hard to find a hot tub and get it delivered on time. False big False . We had heard it is very hard to get a hot tub delivered within three months I started searching I was not satisfied. I found hot tub superstore with a friendly hello and music to my ears hot tub's in stock on the floor ready to be delivered within a week. I spoke with Jonathan first I had a terrible experience with a another company only a few yards away they promised a lot but could not deliver. I also thought I was in the correct store but I was not but I'll leave their

I should have known when I first walked into their showroom and there were no prices on the hot tubs... When I asked, the cocky and condescending salesperson, Aaron, told us that they didn't have time to put prices on them because merchandise moved too fast. Yes, I understand that the two minutes it takes to put a price into a pre-made template and print it out is too long. Every time we inquired after a specific tub we either had a vague answer to start, or we got a "this is our Cadillac" with no price given at all. Stopped in here pretty much just to look, but Dan totally sold us on a high-end GORGEOUS hot tub at an unparalleled price. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of each hot tub on the floor, and he was even able to go into detail how his hot tubs compared to hot tubs from a different store we checked out earlier. He worked out a great deal for us and was really pleasant to interact with throughout the process. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a hot tub!

Fair and honest. I bought a used hot tub from a private party that needed repair. It took about a week to get the repair scheduled but that was the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars. They genuinely worked hard to make sure I got both the cheapest and cheapest solution. They didn't try to up sell or market anything to me. They were authentic. I will be giving them all my future business. A little patience is required as they are busy but they are busy because they are good. As far as I'm concerned, worth the wait.

Wow! Can't tell you how amazing Dan and Rob and crew were! We purchased a nice hot tub at a decent price and got amazing customer service. When installing, Rob and crewvshowed up at the time arranged, had a great electrician John there to assist and everything went fairly smoothly, considering that it had snowed significantly the days before. The hot tub was delivered as promised, and although there were a few minor details that needed follow up, everything went as planned. This is a great new business in South Reno and we will refer all our friends and return ourselves for supplies, etc

Bought an 8x8 hot tub yesterday afternoon from owner Dan Powers. He obviously knows his stuff, provided good advice and straight answers. Tub was delivered and installed today. Everything works great! Package included cover, hydraulic cover lift (works great), solid hand rail, step and water-treatment chemicals. Great job teaching us how to operate and maintain our new tub.
