The foam cores are virgin, polystyrene foam, tapered to allow water to run off. Each foam piece is then grooved and fitted with a galvanized steel channel for support along the hinge. We’ve been in our hot tub almost everyday for the past 3 weeks!!! We loved everything about our experience with Creative Hot Tub! The hardest part was waiting a month for it to be delivered. When I first walked into the store I met Steve and Ellie, the nicest people on the floor, who were also very knowledgeable about hot tubs and the buying process. At time of delivery I met the owners, Andy over the phone, and Christina who came and did the orientation. So far I’ve had no issues and I am very happy with my purchase.

We ordered our swim spa back in January of this year. We were told that there was a bit of a wait list and there could be potential delays. Knowing that, we still proceeded to order. We recently bought my hot tub from here and could not be more happy. From originally walking in the store we felt welcomed. There was not a high pressure salesman breathing down our necks, instead someone who was interested in what we wanted and what our needs were. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, patiently, and fully. He worked with us to find the best fit.

My husband has been wanting a hot tub for a while, so we finally pulled the trigger and went to Creative Hot Tub Designs. They had the perfect, small, 2 seater tub that we were looking for and gave us a really good deal. The best part is it was ready for delivery immediately. Unlike most tubs these days that are sold out and back ordered!
Delivery was free and the guys were able to get this tub up a super steep hill into our backyard!

The team at Creative Hot Tub Designs is THE BEST! We ordered our tub from them late last year and despite some delays on the manufacturing side, they have helped us get out hot tub quickly and efficiently. One day, I decided to check out their Sparks location to inquire about their hot tubs because of my neighbor's recommendation. I met with sales person, Brian who answered all my questions and he did not pressure me at all to buy that day. A few days later, Brian thought of me when a hot tub became available due to special circumstances, and it had similar specs that I wanted. I ended up purchasing the hot tub and have been happy ever since. Nothing but great customer service from Brian and I have no complaints. Dave was an excellent salesman and helped us navigate finding our tub of choice. He made us feel like we were getting the tub that best suited us rather than trying to get the biggest sale. Creative Hot Tub Designs goes above and beyond to make customers happy! We contacted Creative Hot Tub Designs recently because the panel on our swim spa was failing (you couldn't see the display) and I wasn't sure if it would be covered under warranty or not. Not long after I made the call, I received a call from Natasha saying the panel would be replaced no charge under warranty. Natasha and Collin came out to my house and replaced the panel and replaced some screws that had fallen out of the side panels. We recently got our first hot tub. I liked the fact that this is a family owned business. They came out after installing and showed me how to use the frog system. We also like that there isn't the strong chlorine smell associated with other hot tubs. I am also comforted by the fact that if something does go wrong, they will be there for me.

When you walk in to this store the first thing you notice is how clean and bright it is. They carry affordable high end hot tubs. I was instantly impressed by Christina's customer service and knowledge. I ended up learning that it's a locally owned and operated family business which is also a huge bonus to me.
