I want to thank Spa King for adding us to their booked schedule for weekly service. We are happy with the service to keep our water clean and fresh and the chemicals level. When we lived in Carson we had a hot tub and my husband kept it in good shape but we are getting older and it is nice to not worry about it. We can go out of town and not even give it a thought. This company is just like clock work, on time every Wednesday.
We are so thankful we sold the home we owned with a swim spa (endless pool) because no one want to work on them in this area. We are so much happier with our super sized

I would highly recommend Spa King for all of your spa needs. We had him look at our spa this morning as we had a few concerns. He walked me through not only our concerns, but recommendations for care for our hot tub. He is knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Anytime we have a question or concern in the future we will be calling Spa King.

Spa King is the first hot tub service I have ever called for assistance. I recently had a pump go out on my spa. Mike came out to Cold Springs and assessed the damage, showed me the cost of the replacement pump and placed the order. He estimated he time the pump would come in and gave me the appointment date, and he was right on the dot. A+++ service and friendly.

Mike was easy to get a hold of. He showed up on-time for the appt, even gave me 45 minutes notice of his arrival. He took the time to show me the in's and out's of the tub and checked it all out to make sure it was working great. This guy really is the Spa King! He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend his services.

We bought a house with a winterized hot tub. Not having any knowledge on how to get it up and running we called the business who had originally sold it to the previous owner (more on that in another review).
To make a long story short, we needed to have someone come out and help as soon as possible. I called Michael and was pleasantly suprised when he called back to say he could come out later that day due to a cancellation (otherwise I was going to have to wait until the next week).
He came out, got the tub up and running, needed to do a full on shock treatment to it and came out the next

Mike is very knowledgeable and he taught me how to correctly care for the spa to prevent the problems I had caused. He also is relaible and shows up when he is scheduled. I highly recommend him. He also had the part on his truck, so I didn't have to wait. My old repair guy would take 2 - 3 weeks to fix my spa, Mike fixed in one hour! Awesome, honest and professional!

I bought a used spa, not knowing anything about maintenance or repair. Thanks to Michael at Spa King, all I have to do is enjoy my spa. For 79 bucks a month, everything is taken care of. I have had jets break, and he has replaced them at no additional cost to me. I would highly recomend him to anyone that doesn't want to deal with their own chemicals or repairs.

Even though the Spa King is a business based in Reno, and I'm in Tahoe, Michael will come out.
And he has come out over the past several years to help me out.
I have an older Grandeee spa/hot tub. In Tahoe, like many things that sit outdoors, it gets exposed to weather. This mean snow dumps, thaw and dry cycles, deep freezes and general neglect (wildlife like bears that like to eat hot tub covers). The Grandee is about a '96, so it's not the newest kid on the block but it's large.
