It is now five (5) weeks later and still waiting for Meyers to repair my water damaged basement. They initially told me they needed a week to get an estimate on carpet replace. In week two they stated they are waiting on approval from the insurance company. In week three they told me I was on a "long" list of customers to be repaired. In week four (4) the same excuse. Since I'm leasing a home Meyers told me they don't need to call or talk to me to schedule repairs only the management company. Meyers customer service is very poor. Please stay away from this company.
