Mike and Valerie Peirson opened Island Home Renovation and Design in 2010 as a one stop resource concept for their clients home renovation projects. Mike has been a renovation contractor on Seven Mile Island since 2000 with projects ranging from whole house renovations to small scale kitchen and bath renovations.

Great home decor place! Lovely furniture that looked excellent. The staff was very kind abd helpful. It was a very calm, welcoming, place, and I enjoyed spending time there. They had kitchen renovation things, island themed furniture and beautiful sea glass pictures created by the owner! Overall a great store I love!

Hired Island Homes to design and deliver beach house kitchen, bathrooms, floors and some lighting. Design work is very good, however very expensive kitchen and bathroom cabinets started to crack, chip and deteriorate after just three months of use. All now have to be replaced and Island Homes is denying any responsibility for what is clearly a defective paint baking job - despite adding thirty percent margin to all work and supplied materials. Very disappointing, and we're forced to go the legal route now. Buyer beware!
