Gilbert Chem Dry *Rachel* has cleaned our carpet a few times in Prescott.
We own a VRBO, AIRBNB and this time a furry guest just wasn't ready for spending time with the family on vacation. I called trustworthy Gilbert Chem-Dry and Rachel worked us into her schedule to spot clean our carpet. She is trustworthy (we do not have to be in Prescott, we trust to with our home). She is communicative, she tells you what you need to hear, she is punctual and we consider Gilbert Chem-Dry part of our well oiled team to keep our home sparkly clean.

Rachel and Sarah provided us with exceptional service and performance from my very first call - to the estimate - to the day the carpets were cleaned. Rachel combines outstanding customer service with an outstanding product delivery. She worked me into her packed work schedule on short notice and then she and Sarah stayed until 9pm cleaning my severely pet stained carpet. It looks like new carpet now! Rachel and her crew are the best. Their customer service is over and beyond and their prices very reasonable. We have used them for years both in the office (which needs cleaning regularly with all the massage lotion that gets dropped onto the carpet) and at home. Absolutely I highly recommend them.

Rachel and Sarah saved my living room. My puppy was preventing my cat from using the litter box and she decided to use my couch. I was pretty sure I was going to have to throw out the couch and buy a new carpet but they did their magic and my living room smells and looks fantastic now. They were able to squeeze me in on the day I called and were very professional and courteous. Very much recommend!

I had a oil spill in my hall way. I called Rachel and she got me on the schedule. I was an add in at the end of her day. She came at 7 Pm and stayed almost 2 hours trying to get that oil out of my carpet. She was persistent and determined to do everything that she could. I am extremely grateful for her hard work. Rachel is very personable, friendly, and you will absolutely love how she goes the extra mile. I have had her come to my home several times all with the same results and attitude. Thanks for your dedication.

I have been using Gilbert & son Chem-dry for well over 20 years. They are excellent, & never cease to amaze me! I think they’re really magicians, & not carpet & tile cleaners, because they totally transpire my carpet & tile to where they both look new.
They always show up for scheduled appointments, and are as friendly as can be. When Rachel & Sara show up, it’s like my friends came for a visit. We chat as they work, & when they leave, I find that I love my carpet & tile all over again.

Rachel and her Chem-Dry team have been cleaning the carpet at our practice for many years. Whenever she is done with the job, the carpet always looks great! We often get compliments from our patients on how nice our practice looks, and those compliments are partly due to the carpet looking new.
