Showed up 1.5 hours late. I had to pick up my boy from school by the time he got to the house so I asked him to wait since I had waited an hour and a half for him to show up. Came back from the school to find him gone. He said he would be back and never showed up I called and text. He said he would come over and never showed up. I planned my day around his appointment and I was never able to get my couches cleaned. He called me at the end of the day to tell me he wasn’t coming to do the job. My husband gave me carpet cleaning for Christmas and Mike's On The Spot Carpet Cleaning came today. Mike communicated very well, and he and his son did a super job. We had spots from pet accidents and they took care of those as well. The house smells wonderful! They are very customer friendly and I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!

7/8/20: Mike & his son arrived on time. They even called to tell us they were on their way. They both wore masks (which was very thoughtful, considering the current coronavirus status). They put guards at every corner, to prevent marks, from their cords and hoses, on our walls and baseboards – also very thoughtful. When they were done, the carpets looked great! We were pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable cost of cleaning all our carpets. They were professional, helpful and friendly. When they first left, the carpets seemed very wet. We were initially concerned it would take a long time
