Not on time. Had to call to find out when he was planning to arrive. Once he came, he provides polite and professional service. Offered additional services. He discussed saltillo tile cleaning with me. The good, the bad and the outcomes. So I have decided not to use his service for this home project. Appreciated his honesty.
