The customer service at this store is always on point! Cindy our sales rep was very patient with us, friendly, informative and a pleasure to do business with. We shopped around at other spa/hot tub stores and came back to this store after realizing this was the best value overall in San Diego. My wife and I originally ordered a swim spa from Master Spas. After their lack of customer service and lack of honesty we canceled our contract with them. My wife and I walked into Champagne Spas and met with Karen. Karen was professional and knowledgeable about the product being sold at their store. I ordered one product from this retailer located at 5710 Keamy Villa Road, San Diego CA 92123. Spa Essentials Brominating Concentrate 2 lbs. Retailer sent me my one product but later claimed in an email that I ordered 2 products and they claim they shipped 2 products.

Just bought a new spa and Cindy was our sales lady. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We were very confident in our purchase and felt we got a fair price. The good news did not stop there. Cindy recommended Jamie to do the electric work. Jamie and his team were professional and they did a beautiful job (which even included some cement work!). On the day of delivery, the two delivery guys that came to our house were nice and had our spa in place and set up in no time! The whole process was easy and we are enjoying our spa daily!

This is a local sandiego store with a good stock of hot tubs to view and friendly knowledgeable employees. We had everything explained to us and options reviewed by Karen. She went over options for chemicals, a chemical starter kit and delivery included. The store also does service if needed. Love our tub!

We had our old Jacuzzi for almost 18 years (very frequent use) and it was time for a new one. We shopped around at the different Spa dealers in San Diego and narrowed it down to Champagne Spas in Kerney Mesa. They seemed to be most knowledgeable and have a big selection and good quality spas.
Karen was super helpful showing us the different options and narrowing the Spa model down to our needs. We ended up buying the Antigua 45. We are extremely happy with it and use the Spa several times a week. Our electricity bill has gone done some with the new Spa even it has one more pump and bigger pumps

I ordered my hot tub lid from these folks on a wed and got it a week and 2 days later! All on-line stores were quoting 4 week wait times plus the customer had to assume all responsibility for sizing. Champ Spa had no shipping fees and no extras. I was quoted a price and that was that, I greatly appreciate that considering I made some modifications which others may have viewed as custom.

I have owned my Artesian Antigua Spa now that I purchased @Champagne Spa for about 3 months now.
First off, I have to say that Amanda Lane provided my wife and I, amazing service! She was not pushy, provided us with all the information we needed to make a great purchase decision. I was able to wet test an Artesian spa in action and within 2 weeks, bought the spa.
I had no issues with delivery - they were courteous, professional, and taught me the basics of using the spa...and some useful tips. Just a little tip, use a qualified, licensed electrician or you will end up having one fix a problem

Unfortunately I did not look at the reviews before purchasing my spa from Champagne spas. Two years into my ownership and the spa is shorting out, and I am unable to diagnose. I called the main number and was told that Jason would call me to schedule time to resolve the problem. Well, Jason called and said he was only available NOT on the days I was available and then proceeded to tell me the heater on the spa was likely shot. So, this is his version of resolving issues - diagnosing over the phone. Sorry, the lack of customer service came through loud and clear. This company was happy to take thousands

So I'm a 1st time hot tub owner and did my research before picking Champagne Spas. Cindy was who I dealt with and she was amazing! She insisted my friend and I bring our swimsuits to test some spas before deciding on one. I ended up upgrading to a nicer model after realizing the jets were more powerful and this is a long time investment.
After hours spent in the store on Memorial Day, I had made my decision! The delivery was 1 week after ordering since it was a busy holiday week for them.The delivery was on time, the guys super nice and funny to talk with and it went smooth as can go!

Champagne Spa does a great job of selling you hot tubs. They provide great customer service while they try to get you to make a purchase but the second you have any problems or issues, this "great" customer service seems to disappear. The manager, Amanda, is rude, defensive and flat out makes up lies to cover her tracks. Their certified technician, Jason, is impossible to get a hold of. He works two days a week and you often have to call him multiple times

We bought our Altamar spa back in May of 2015 with the expert help of Amanda who very patiently and professionally took us through their lineup of spas and helped us find the one that would best suit our needs. She also gave us a great recommendation for an electrician to set up our electrical service. The delivery and installation crew was skilled and friendly making sure everything was set up right.
We have enjoyed our spa for over two years now and have only had a few very minor service needs that were taken care of very quickly under warranty by Jason and the service team.

I originally called champagne spas to get help with an airlock that I cannot solve. They started off incredibly helpful and gave me the number of Jason whom I read was a great repair guy. Unfortunately, we are going on our third week and Jason is currently ignoring phone calls and has not helped at all. He recently said he was going to stop by approximately 10 days ago and I have not heard from him since. I have left several messages and I've even just asked to let me know if he can't make it, Or if you could refer me to someone else that might be able to help me. I have heard nothing

My fiancé and I bought a spa from here last September and I must say we are completely satisfied with the service and the product. The tubs are top of the line!
The lady's in the showroom are friendly and knowledgeable too.
We purchased the Sundance Denali 4 seater round tub and we LOVE it! We've called once with questions about maintenance and Cindy was very helpful! Karen and Amanda are were also very helpful and personable.

I feel that it is only fair to update my previous rating to an A-OK. After I wrote my previous review, Amanda called me to discuss my experience. I must say that she was very professional and fully understanding of my position and feelings with my service experience.
I think my comments were helpful for Champagne Spas to review my concerns with their service personnel. Hopefully, this was only a small glitch and they have rectified the situation and stress the importance of follow-up.

We bought a Sundance Chelsee dream spa in Feb 2014. Karen and Amanda were both incredibly helpful in making the decision, offering pros and cons regarding all our concerns. Make sure when you visit the Kearny Villa showroom to bring your bathing suit! First visit I sat in dry spas and was certain I would buy a lounger seat model. Returned with my suit and got into a few models filled with water. The loungers were very uncomfortable because I floated. The Chelsee offers a lot of seating options and is roomy for a party or relaxing for one.
