I have had my Hot Springs Spa for 20 years! It is still working great. I recently had a mysterious leak that was fixed for $150.00! Everyone from Salesperson to repair supervisor to the very nice repairman who fixed it treated me with kindness and respect! I am a big fan of Hot Springs Spa!

San Diego Hot Springs Spas has given me great service over the last few years, and their recent heater circuit board repair (the first such repair needed on a 15 year old spa, so not a surprise) was done quickly and competently. Highly recommended!

They were very knowledgeable about addressing concerns around an older hot tub that had been neglected at a home that we bought. Helped train me to maintain it, swapped out a bad component, provided starter set of chemicals. Since their help I’ve had no problems. Great experience.

After much research, we purchased a spa from Hot Springs and we've been very happy with our decision. From the sales process to installation to ongoing maintenance, everyone we've encountered has been competent and helpful. I recommend buying their higher end spas that are made at their facility in Vista, CA.

We ordered our Flash Spa in August ‘20 and had it delivered ten months later but it was worth the wait. Hot Springs coordinated a seamless delivery and set it up for us. Everyone there is very professional and Erin did a nice job communicating with us on a regular basis during the delay in manufacturing. This is a high quality spa and you feel it the first time you use it. I highly recommend Hot Springs Spas!
