I'm really sitting at 4.5 stars- heres why.
They are really nice people. Knowledgeable; fairly easy to schedule with, and the technician who came -both times ive used them now- has been great. The only knock down (that .5 I can't give) is they are not cheap. 125$ to come out- no matter what. And that only covers 30 minutes of work, then you'll billed a per hour rate. Thankfully, both times for me were quick and I still felt like I got a good value for my money- but god forbid it was a difficult or lengthy repair it could add up quick!

I hadn't used my Caldera spa in several years. It had a problem where the water would heat to the desired temperature, but then it would be cold the next time I wanted to use it.
I called Scott. He soon returned my call and we made an appointment.

We recently moved and the house came with a hot tub (yay) that had sat without maintenance for years (boo). We gave Scott a call and he came out within a short time frame, got the hot tub all cleaned up, operating beautifully, and filled with sparkling clear water. The hot tub was even a different color than we initially thought it was!! That's how bad it was. We would highly recommend Pro Hot Tub repair if you are looking for someone who knows their stuff and is easy to work with.

Awesome service! We bought our spa 8-9 yrs ago from Champagne Spas. They have Spa service person they use. In a word - worthless. He rarely returns calls, doesn't commit to a time, is very unreliable. When it takes weeks just to try and get an appt let alone to make it to our home - it's time to move on. Thankfully we found Scott at Pro Hot Tub Repair. I made one call and it was returned next day with a commitment to day and time. Scott has been such a huge help. I bought a tuff spa hot tub in the fall of 2019 that was costing me a fortune to let sit idle. He helped me get the tub stuck out of economy mode the first time around. That solved one problem though it continued to run extremely high on electricity. Even though Scott fixed the first issue as expected he always stayed available for me to bounce ideas as I continue to try to self diagnose. He was able to recommend a part that cost me $10 when I found a leak. With Spring coming, I'm still working on the hot tub and scott is still quick to respond and help me

I called Scott because we are selling our house and at the last minute the spa stoped working and sprung a leak, when I talked to Scott and told him what I see , he immediately knew what type of pump he needed, quoted me and he made time for us .

Scott was invited out to look at a Caldera Spa with an aged out electric water pump. He was very knowledgeable with the Caldera brand and had all the needed parts to change out the noisy pump. Unexpectedly, we also found the need to replace the heating element and he had those parts available too. So, with Scott's expertise, I have essentially a brand new spa with an efficient, quiet water pump, and a new heating assembly to last the years ahead. I'm very happy I called Scott!

I called this business on Saturday afternoon he was the only one who answered me. He helped me troubleshoot my spa, he is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. If you need to get your spa repaired or looked at this is the guy you want.
