I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!
Went to look at a 1995 Toyota Corolla with relatively low miles. Car was advertised as detailed and passed a multi-point inspection. A quick visual check found the brake fluid reservoir cap missing along with a bolt to the clutch gone. Under the hood was a fresh razor blade and a dirty engine. The interior had some kind of duct tape residue that hadn't been cleaned off.
As far as I can tell, the multi-point inspection is nothing more than a VA inspection with a trip to the car wash next door.

Were very cooperative and had some cars in the price range. However they refused to negotiate, and failed to give me any important info about the car. My first car. Apparently the Virginia inspection is very relaxed compared to every other state. I overpaid by a grand for the civic, and now I'll need to put at least another 1500 into it for it to pass the MD inspection. I should have checked the car more thoroughly but I could not have imagined the number of problems it has. Gear shifter is wack, left rear door doesn't work, ac doesn't work, speakers don't work, brakes have issues, and all sorts

My wife and I purchased a 2003 Mini Cooper about 2 months ago from JNM. It had low miles was in good condition mechanically and fair body wise. Had been told no leaks, a day or so after we got it home noticed a small puddle of power steering fluid under car. Well power steering rack and pinion was leaking on passenger side...seal was shot. Also found power door locks didn't operate at all from key fob or switch inside car.
I replaced rack and pinion assy and both power door lock actuators in each door myself saving a couple thousand dollars. Did also replace the cheap brake pads and rotors all

Had a really great shopping experience at JNM! Did my research on a couple cars I was interested in for a week or two prior to my purchase. Was looking for a reliable SUV for under 10k. The staff made the process very easy and found exactly what I was looking for. I looked over the Trailblazer, test drove and purchased in about an hour! I consider myself a picky person when it comes to customer service & this place deserves all 5 stars. I rarely write reviews to businesses, specially because this takes a lot of time, but this place deserves it.
First, vehicle quality: I purchased an used Ford Transit van from them about a month ago. To say the least, the vehicle is driving great. The price was super fair and I was happy to know that all 4 tires were brand new. Unexpected for a 60k mile vehicle. Vehicle was also inspected the right way. They even removed the wracks from the top for me per my request.

I had a good experience, I bought my vehicle at the start of covid. I got what I found was a fair price and there wasn't much need for haggling. I live in Maryland and for my agreement specifically, they agreed to help cover costs should it not pass maryland inspections (Maryland is a lot more strict compared to Virginia). I appreciate the confidence they had in their vehicles. I would suggest taking a car person with you though, my fault, but I missed things like my fender liner on the front passenger side was missing and a little plastic cover on my door handle. I don't know how all these people managed to have a 'good' experience with this outfit. I didn't even get a chance to look at the car I was interested in since they sold it as I was en route to their dealership and weren't apologetic at all!!! I confirmed with Nagib I would be at their dealership in an hour. Just before I arrive, he calls me to say they sold the car. He made me drive over an hour, take time away from work and was completely rude and dismissive - saying they have the same kind of car but in manual transmission I could look at. This is called 'bait

Buying a used car is a process fraught with doubt, but Mohammed made it easy and non-pressured. JNM had fair prices, slightly below market, and with a 30-day warranty included, we had peace of mind. The actual paperwork step took about 15 minutes - nice. Vehicles of all makes here are in the $7-20k range, mostly in the lower side, and the market steers towards those, like me, unimpressed with high prices at Carmax and other large used lots. The mechanic we had inspect the vehicle confirmed JNM's claim to have fixed up a variety of things such as new brakes, tires, and JNM details each car

I was a little apprehensive at first buying a used truck, but after Muhammed assured me that they perform inspections and fix things prior to selling and showed me a clean Carfax, I felt better about my purchase. What topped it off was that Ali was an upfront nice guy when obtaining financing and closing the good deal. They even allowed me to take the truck to an independent mechanic and fixed the minor issues they uncovered!
Thanks a lot fellas, and although only time will tell with a used vehicle, this experience was great. Can't wait to have these guys find my next used car.

These guys are great. I saw the listing on Friday, made an appointment to see them on Sunday, and bought the car after the test drive. The price was already reasonable for the car I was looking for (trust me, after months of research I knew that it was a great deal; if I didn't purchase it, someone else would have), so I didn't feel like bartering, but I'm sure they're open to negotiating prices.
