The best experience I have ever had with a car purchase! The staff was friendly and helpful with all my questions. My salesman Wilfredo Ortiz was new but very energetic throughout the whole process. And his manager Austin was professional in every aspect.
The whole event took less than 90 minutes (on a Saturday too) and driving home I was feeling very satisfied with my purchase. I love the car and if I ever needed another I would buy from them!
Wish I could give them 6 stars!

Very unhappy with the overall service I received when buying my new Jeep. The car was sitting on the lot for awhile and I now am dealing with so many issues with my car that should have been taken care of before allowing me to drive this car off the lot and to New York. Secondly, my registration took way too long resulting in an extension of my temporary plates and registration. I emailed the staff here for help and updates and they don’t want anything to do with me. Will not be doing anymore business at

Overall amazing experience ! General Manager Will and the Sales Associate Wali were great! We called ahead of time about the vehicle we wanted and by the time we got there they had the vehicle ready for us and all the paperwork ready! Worth the drive and will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle there !

Passed 13 Ram dealers on my way to Browns CDJR to purchase my New Ram 3500!!!! Nadir Kaker and the entire staff are Top notch down there, very professional, courteous & went above and beyond. Austin helped me order my Jeep in July, provided me with progress updates and then picked me up at the airport when I flew in from PA to take delivery of my Wrangler. This review is specifically for the service department. We bought a Wrangler here 2 years ago and had a 5 star experience but the service department isn’t doing a good job of keeping our business. We bought the Jeep wave program where we get free oil changes and tire rotation for a set period of time. I called, scheduled an appointment at 8 AM for an oil change and it took over an hour for them to change the oil and rotate the tires. I’m sure they did a good job but what takes so long? I really regret purchasing the Jeep Wave with our Wrangler, I’d rather take it to a local shop and be in

Above and beyond service from Mark Bentz on the purchase of my new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Brown's. This car was the only one in the country with all of the options I was looking for, so with Mark's assistance I bought it. The only problem was that I live on the West Coast and the car was in Sterling, VA.
