Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had buying a car. To start every time I step into that building I felt racially profiled as if I wasn't supposed to be there.
It took them 3 and a half weeks to deliver the vehicle after being told the parts was going to be a few days to get to them. I was then told the car was being sent to a specialist which never happened.
I was constantly lied to by the sales rep "Devon" about the status of the vehicle and the condition of the car he told me the top worked fine.The day I went to pick the car up took the top down it didn't go

I purchased a car from Capital Auto Sales and I must say that the it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Nelson Flores was our sales consultant and he completely took care of us. We drove 1 1/2 hours to test drive the car and decided to purchase it. We left a deposit and he took care of the rest. We e-signed all the documents from the comfort of our home and he had the car delivered to us within a couple of days. Nelson was not pushy, extremely professional and very accommodating. I would definitely purchase another car from Nelson at Capital Auto Sales.

Purchased my SUV from this location this past April. I get my oil changes here with the warranty and everyone is always very nice. Nelson is who I purchased with and his communication throughout the process and even after my purchase has been great. When I first purchased and had a bunch of question every few days he was patient and now months later he is still very pleasant and prompt when I message him to schedule my oil changes.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. Everyone I encountered were super friendly and professional, especially our auto salesman Nelson. Nelson is super personable, knowledgeable, patient and hands on. I drove 4 hours to trade trucks - we had the numbers about worked out before I came pending inspections of both vehicles. The truck I was buying exceeded my expectations- and they had no complaints about my trade. Very nice dealership / clean and everyone very courteous. They filled the tank before I left. I would definitely check these guys out the next time I need a vehicle- even though they are 4 hours away

First time but I meet with Nelson and he let me test Drive the Dodge Challenger and gave me time to think about it and didn’t pressure me to buy anything. He was also able to get my financing approved and also checked my car to make sure all the fluids where good and air pressure was good also would definitely recommend and might come back in the future to get another car.

My wife and I went to Capital Auto Sales on Saturday to purchase a vehicle we like on their site. We meet with our Salesman "Nelson Flores." This whole experience was GREAT. We purchased the vehicle and received a great price for our trade-in. I have purchased many cars in the past and had dealt with many car Salesmen. Many of them was either shady or dishonest. Absolutely a poor attempt to buy experience. Ended up buying 2 hours later at Koons Chysler 10 miles away. Why... looked at a 2012 Maserati and called Capital. Drove 90 minutes each way and they said I could not drive it unless we filled out a financial. I am like are you kidding, I drive 3 hour round-trip to look at a $25k used car and I need Financials. We made 500k last year! I refused to fill out a financial but after arguing with the new manager I showed him a paystub and he reluctantly said okay. Left with an absolute attitude that no way would I buy a car from them! BTW car had 4 major defects

So, we made an appointment two days ago to test drive one of their cars and the appointment was confirmed the same day AND the following day. We made an appointment for 7pm and we showed up 20 minutes earlier and told the person at the counter that we would be more than happy to wait 7 pm and the employee directed us to the car we were interested in. At some point, someone-- one of the managers or the owner, not sure--came to tell us that we may need to wait because they had someone over the phone making an offer on the car. Then a few minutes later, someone else came to greet us and let us know

Awful. We purchased a 2016 Ford F150. To help make the sale, Mike, the Finance and Insurance manager pushed the value of the companies free 3 month or 3000 mile warranty. When asked for a copy of the warranty, we were told, " there isnt't one" . Which means not one thing of what they say is covered, are they obligated to pay. It's a scam.

Went today to get more information on a Lexus RCF and possibly drive the car around the block. I'm ready to buy a car in this range this weekend. When the car was pulled up I asked to I drive it. He immediately said no. He didn't want me to test drive it? So confused. The asking price is $36K, with 51k miles, not like it's a super car for $100k. Unbelievable to get a negative response when asked to test drive a car. I didn't want anything to do with this establishment and left shortly afterwards. Sales guy talked to the manager and then they allowed me to drive it.

I purchased a vehicle through Floyd who was my sales person. Also a car guy local to the area so the process was comforting. The car was priced fairly to begin with and they did knock a bit off with negotiation to make the price even better.
He even offered to look at the car as a courtesy a week after I purchased it. This is where my experience really shined; due to unique circumstances, my temporary tags ended up expiring before I could renew them. Jennifer is their title clerk who helped out in a friendly fashion, and Sandra the manager even hand delivered my tags after hours to me personally

This place made my car purchase so easy! I am now driving my dream car! MJ and William answered all of my questions and although I don't have the best credit, they worked with me, gave me options and got me approved. For my DREAM CAR! The next visit, all of the cars in their showroom had been sold! They must be doing something right! Honest salesmen.
