This place is awesome. The have a beautiful selection of automobiles to choose from. I purchased a vehicle for my daughter from them. The process is fast, they negotiate prices and the costumer services is great. They even serviced the car once free of charge. If you want a great car from a honest dealership, Luxury Auto in Chantilly VA is where you should go.

Went to this place just to look around and see the cars that they had and right off the bat one of the associates there came up to me and my mom and was super nice and let us see this Mercedes that had caught my eye ,they let us take it for a quick drive and we loved it ,as soon as we got back we decided to pay for it ,that were really fast and were very helpful and friendly .all in all 10/10 recommend this place

Raised the agreed and advertised PRICE 5k after I was Pre-approved for more!
The check was already cut, overnighted and addressed to the dealership for the agreed and advertised price!
Complete disgrace. I'm still in disbelief. The thought that I was going to spend 60k+ with this company! The additional 8k (72k) on the pre-approval was added for taxes a fees! Absolute disgrace!
This company lacks ethics, values and integrity!!! Run away!!! They price them low

I have 2x major issues with VA Luxury Motors: 1. VLM 's ethics are in question due to advertising a price, falsely generating interest, and jacking the price up when they feel they can make an additional dollar with no regard for standing by their word. The vehicle price increase also occurred after my higher pre approval letter was received 2. Tim would have allowed me to drive 5hrs for the test drive with the discussed and advertised price of $64,970 on the table, had I not seen the $5k price increase of $69,970 on their website. This is not how you conduct stand up, transparent, and integrity

I've never had a more seamless experience when purchasing a used vehicle.
My sales consultant, Tim, was informative and polite. He never hesitated to answer any inquiry and assisted greatly with getting a pre purchase inspection from the manufacturing dealer. Whether you are dealing with Tim, Ron or anyone else in their department, they will help find you what you are looking for so hear your options and find the car for you. The service manager, Mohammed, and his team were quick and professional. The cars are serviced and detailed in front of the customer. My concerns were addressed

It's 4 months from purchase of car and still no permanent license plates. This place is a nightmare, very shady business practices. Do not buy from here. They lied about vehicle being well maintained and having no problems and it having one prior owner. Somehow the car fax must have been compromised. They admitted they got the vehicle from auction and put it up for sell and sold it before receiving the title from auction. Meanwhile there's been expensive repairs required to even keep the vehicle running that which had to pay out of pocket due to not being able to even get an extended

The staff at VLM was very professional. The quality of the inventory is amazing. I have already recommended them to a few of my friends. The salesman Tim went out his way to make every little detail I need and wanted complete. Management Eddie and Sam, were very courteous and willing to work with me. And Mohammad and his team in the service department had my vehicle running like it just came off the showroom floor. Do NOT go here!!! The only reason for the one star is the guy who showed us cars: was helpful and had a nice disposition.
The Manager (maybe owner) is quite rude and argumentative. The main reason for this review, though, is the fact that they knowingly sold me a vehicle that had more than one serious problem. I was required to pay an additional and substantial fee for, what I was told, was a total and thorough inspection that clearly never took place. Within a week of purchasing the car, the drivers side door handle fell off...repair cost: $300+. A couple weeks from that, the car completely

I bought a vehicle from this establishment. The sales person told me twice that he would get me a 2nd key for the truck. I called back a few weeks later, because I hadn't heard anything and was told that he no longer works there. Then I was told by the manager that they only give "I owe u" if it is in writing. Really? So you allow your salespeople to say whatever they want to get people to purchase, then back out if the salesperson leaves? Dreading the thought of buying a new or used car, I was unexpectedly in a situation where I had limited options. My RX300 which had over 210,000 miles had decided to stop running in rush hour traffic. The timing belt needed to be replaced.
