Buyer beware! We purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand cherokee with 4k miles for what we thought was a good deal. Well, it was too good to be true. There was no collision reported on the carfax but we took it to a collision inspection service anyway to double check. Sure enough they discovered evidence of a front end collision. The greatest offense was that they didn't even replace or repair the airbag sensor or mounting. So now, we're dropping major money into fixing and repairing the vehicle just to bring it up to road safety standards. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!

Had a very pleasant experience buying my first ever used car. I went into the process skeptical but Aaron was very helpful, straightforward, and accommodating. I ended up driving off the lot with a 2009 BMW coupe and couldn't be happier with it!

Absolute joke of a dealership. Drove 4 hours 1 way to buy a van that was described as everything worked PERFECTLY but had some prior paint repair. Apparently perfect means the a/c doesn’t work, the speakers are blown out and the van was wrecked MULTIPLE times and fixed incorrectly. Don’t waste your time with this dealership their vehicles are clean titles that have all been wrecked but they won’t tell you that. Stay away

Aaron was very professional throughout the entire purchasing process. He really went the extra mile to help me get my vehicle on the road, including making minor adjustment over a couple days to get the vehicle exactly to my specs. My man flew into VA, then drove the vehicle back to Nevada without any problems whatsoever. I was especially impressed that Aaron continued to help us with paperwork and finalities for a few weeks after the purchase.

Not impressed. Man on duty came out without a mask and proceeded to light up a cigarette. Had to wait 45 minutes for them to pull the car and bring it around. The car looked pretty good at first but upon further inspection it was pretty dirty. The engine light came on when we started the car.. Didn't buy. Only checked the one car, others might be great. Too far of a drive to try again.

Found our vehicle online and made the 2 hour trip to see it. I was initially skeptical upon arriving at the dealership because of the crowded warehouse situation and somewhat unorganized office area. The vehicle seemed to be as represented, had a clean car fax report and was priced reasonably. After negotiating what we felt was a very good deal we made the decision to make the purchase, dealer was very accommodating with our stipulations of the purchase, DMV work was done by them promptly and tags arrived in two weeks. So far very happy. Nothing but good about these guys from us.

To the "Jodeofor" that give this dealership a one star complaining about 6 hrs drive why are you lying brother I was there when you called you said I'm getting ready to leave is the car still available and the gentleman responded that no we just sold it. that's why you start acting up like a child behind the phone while I was listening in next to a very nice sales person the whole time, so don't lie please!! This dealership is great!! I would recommend it to anybody.

I bought my first car here and it looked brand new and drives perfectly. The workers there are very nice and provide amazing customer service. I did had a minor issue which Chris took care of. It took them less than a week to get the issue taken care of. Amazing people. They want to make sure you drive off happy and satisfy with your purchase. Which they definitely did with me. This company and Tom are worth their weight in gold! I have never purchased a car online or over the phone. I found a 2019 Jeep Cherokee for a great price. In order to secure the car, I needed to leave a $1000 deposit. Keep in mind that this was a "too good to be true" deal! I waited a day and did my research before calling back and giving my deposit.
