When we decided upon a pool, we actually checked out a few companies, but Blue Haven turned out to be the best that we could have possibly chosen. Blue Haven came out and took our backyard and customized it for what we wanted with waterfall and spill over spa, they made an oasis out of our backyard.

We were very happy with Blue Haven. Chris Nicksa was excellent!! The communication was great. He was always here when he said he would be and was very patient with us (my wife had a lot of questions). The pool finished a little ahead of schedule and looks great! Chris was a great project manager and a really nice guy. Jeff did a great job with the design of the pool. Marcus was very informative with the orientation. I know Chris and the team will still be there and willing to answer questions even with the project being completed and paid for.

Blue Haven was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Jeff did a fantastic job designing my pool, Marcus did a great job of helping us pick all of our materials, and Chris was invaluable as the project manager executing the project. Throughout the construction process Chris was always in touch with me and when issues came up he was very quick to rectify them.
This is my 5th gunite pool and I can say from experience Blue Haven uses high quality materials and has great crews working for them. I highly recommend them for their quality and professionalism.

I'm doing this review because I know what it's like to research pool renovation companies. I was so nervous and reluctant about a major pool renovation in these times and who to choose from. I had heard nightmare stories about supply chains, lack of workers, etc. After interviewing a few I chose Blue Haven. I am incredibly impressed with everything top to bottom. They had excellent communication, attention to detail and work ethic. They helped educate me on where to save money and where not to skimp. Everyone from Joe to Chris to Jose. They were top notch! Blue Haven Pools of Charleston constructed a pool in our back yard and we love the quality of the construction. Chris Miller our general contractor was very informative and answered all of our questions throughout the install process. I would highly recommend Blue Haven Pools of Charleston for your pool installation. Now we just have to wait for summer to get here, finish the landscaping around the pool area, and enjoy!

It was well worth the wait! From start to finish Jeff, Brad, and Marcus were exceptional to work with. Jeff helped us with the design which was perfect for our yard. He was always willing to make changes and was very prompt with any questions we had regarding the pending project. Marcus was wonderful when we were picking color selections and spent as much time as we needed to feel confident in our decisions. After things started, Brad, our project manager, was all over everything. He made sure we were aware of the process as things happened and was quick to reply and take care of any of our concerns

Blue Haven pools has been absolutely professional from start to finish. From on-site consultation, to informative pamphlets, and lastly professional renderings of our exact proposed pool site. Every step of the way the crew at Blue Haven pools has been transparent and forthcoming about all expectations in our pool build. We absolutely love the way our pool turned out!!! We had a very restrictive area to build our pool and Blue Haven accepted that challenge and exceeded our expectation. We just completed our pool build with Blue Haven and were very happy with our experience!! We started our build AHEAD of schedule which is unheard of, and it was completed and we were swimming before summer was over. During the design process Jeff worked hard to give us everything that we wanted while helping us to stay within our space constraints and budget.
