I"ve done business with many companies over the years but my experience with Island Aquatics, LLC has been one of the best. Island Aquatics, LLC completed a total renovation on our gunite pool. From our first meeting I got a very comfortable feel about Josef and his professionalism. We shook hands and everything fell into place. Like many large projects, especially during 2021, there were challenges. Josef always was proactive and kept us informed. If a subcontractor threw him a curve, he straightened it out. We rented a home in Folly Beach and Josef was our weekly pool professional. Not only was his service exceptional, but he was available for a couple quick visits when the heater went on the brink and when the pump needed to be replaced. Never had to wait. Wish all people in the service industry were as terrific as him.

Josef went out of his way to assist my family and answer any and every question. Not once did he get aggravated (and we asked ALOT of questions). He was very professional the entire time. I am new to the pool world and when I was referred to Island Aquatics, Josef didn't realize we were 90 minutes away! He didn't hesitate to answer all of my questions about my pool and help me choose the right system for our needs. He quoted all alternatives and he was very professional. Josef came to our home on a weekend making the long drive to our house early in the day. He installed my new system and made some other recommendations to improve our water quality.
