Net Zero Heating and Air Conditioning is awesome. They were recommended by my architect working on an unrelated project, and we had a great experience with them for our installation of three Carrier Infinity Greenspeed air source heat pumps with supplemental gas furnaces. Brian (the owner) explained everything to me in the initial meeting and the potential options and trade-offs. He didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary accessories, even when I asked about them, when he would have had a perfect opportunity to do so - he gave his honest opinion about what was necessary and what was not needed

Mr. Pelton and his company, Net Zero, are fantastic!
They carefully removed our old furnace and installed a new furnace in our attic (of all places for the heating system to be originally placed). They were efficient and quickly set up the furnace and cleaned up the ductwork.
Mr. Pelton's personally came over and assessed our heating needs and we appreciated that he did not oversell us on a heating/cooling system that was not needed. Net Zero Heating/Cooling was our third company that we had assess and quote.
After using the heating system for 1 month, we are very pleased.

I could NOT be happier with the care, service, and quality of work provided by the guys at NetZero!! I'm the type of person who asks a million questions before making a decision, and I am tireless in planning details and following up - and NetZero (specifically, Brian!) were SO patient with me! I must have asked for at least half a dozen different quotes before deciding on the system that I wanted, and Brian was always happy to answer my questions by phone or email. Once I knew what system I wanted, they were able to guide me in applying for a MassSave HEAT loan, and once that cleared we were off
