The technician did a very thorough tune-up and testing. I reported it a problem (heating turned on automatically during the summer) and he fixed it right away without additional cost. The tune-up cost has been the same for many years.

Wendell and his team were a pleasure to work with from the initial quote to the installation. We had a tricky 6 head mini-split installation and they were the most creative about head placement and hiding the exterior lines. Ultimately, the work they did has kept us cool all summer and we have no regrets in choosing them. I would recommend using total comfort mechanical for all your hvac needs.

I had a great experience Total Comfort. I did ask the tech to wear a mask, since we have children under 2 living in the house. He had no problem with doing so.
He was very professional and walked me through everything that he did and what he recommends for next steps. He's been in the field for so long, that I felt very comfortable with his services. I was very pleased with the entire visit (especially since we've never had our mini splits serviced...face palm.). Thank you!

Wendell and his team did a great job installing our ductless ac/heat pump. They completed the job in two days, so were efficient and kept all their working areas clean during and after. Could have gotten messy so appreciate the care they took. They also explained how the install went and how the system works at the end. Recommended

I can't compliment Wendell, James, and the rest of crew enough. They were professional and efficient, and did the job for the price quoted. They were good about explaining what they were doing (I'm just a curious person) and enlightening to speak with. After finishing each part of this big undertaking, they cleaned up the area. It was an excellent experience and we are glad that we found them!
