The technician came to my house has no experience, broke and ruptured a water pipe, floording floor. Then, these are what happened.
1. The technician claimed no responsibility at all
2. It took at least a couple of days to be able to reach people at HomeServe about this incident
3. It took another several days insurance company which represent the company contact me.
4. The insurance adjuster (claimed to be independent) who finally came said I need an expert to evaluate the extent of damages done by water. Then left!!! Isn't the adjuster the expert?

I tried three times today to cancel most of my coverages. Each time I was put on hold and there was no sound to indicate if the hold was still holding. I waited 15 minutes each time with no response. When I updated my credit card and specified to keep only my heating coverage the agent said I had to be transferred to the cancellation department for the other coverages. when I once needed them on my heating contract in an emergency they did not ever respond. Later they said I didn't call the right phone number but they also didn't display that phone number online. I did get coverage on a plumbing

The repair service was excellent, but I was never contacted by your sales team regarding a quote for a new boiler. The technician, Bryce, said I would be contacted probably that same day. I followed up with a message on your website a few days later but still have not been contacted.

My family has used Home Serve for a lot of services over the years such as installing a new central AC system, heating repair, hot water tank replacement. We live in an old house;, things are built to last and then break many decades later! When our old school central AC system died after 60 years, Home serve was very reliable and efficient at replacing the upstairs and downstairs unit. During a difficult cold spell in Boston, Homeserve came and repaired our heating system. The service was quick, and efficient and the service technician was courteous and knowledgable.
