We provide complete heating services including heating installations, servicing existing equipment, plumbing and service plans to meet all needs. We install and service all types of residential and small commercial air conditioning systems. We offer both automatic and will-call delivery service. We can monitor your oil usage and deliver automatically.
We also offer monthly budget plans to spread out oil costs that can include one of our service plans. Plan 1 provides a thorough cleaning of your oil burner and furnace or boiler. This includes checking burner operation and adjusting the flame to peak efficiency, plus filter cartridge or screen. Plan 3 includes the services in Plans 1 and 2, plus Service and Parts Protection for 19 parts with a total replacement value of $1,200.
Plan 2 includes an annual check-up as set forth in Plan 1, plus two service calls (24-hour service). All parts repaired or replaced at regular rates. Plan 4 includes services provided in Plans 1,2, and 3, with a total of 31 parts and the labor to replace them to be covered at no cost to you.

my questions and I had many. When it was time, he told me they would prep one day and replace heating the next. The process was so smooth. And the crew was very clean. My basement area was cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend Cain Oil!

After being stood up for our scheduled service (a different provider in Somerville, who No showed two different times) I reached out to Cain Oil after being referred by a friend. John sent out two service team members within 30 minutes and our heating unit was up and running in no time! They were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am so grateful for the timely service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I called my regular oil company with whom I had a contract for scheduled oil deliveries and a prepaid contract. On the coldest weekend of the year Friday (January 5) I was told they could not deliver until Sunday (January 7). This was of course was unacceptable to me so I went in search of a company who could perform and deliver oil. (another story)

I hired Cain Oil to replace my oil line and clean and tune my furnace. 20 minutes after completing the oil line I found their technician putting his tools back in his truck. I asked if he had cleaned the furnace and he said that he had. A few weeks later I had no heat. I called a different company and they inspected my furnace and said it had not been cleaned "for years". They then spent 4 hours disassembling and cleaning the furnace.
