I had sent an RFQ via Hot & Cold's website, and Eric got back to me within minutes. He was able to come next day (which was a Friday) and review the work I wanted to have done. The main task was to install a PRV on my incoming city water line. He provided a quote quickly, and was able to perform the work the following Tuesday. He was on-time, professional, and performed the work as quoted using high quality products. I would definitely use him again for future plumbing needs.

Eric has done 3-4 jobs for me over the past year and I have always been able to be confident that it was done properly. There were a lot of plumbing problems not realized when I had an inspection (when purchasing my home prior to knowing Eric). Price is always very reasonably and whenever I've called to schedule he's been able to either come the same day or by the end of the week.

Eric is awesome. He was so responsive when we needed some repair work done at my salon, and he kept me updated as he waited for parts to come in. He also worked around our schedule to make sure the repairs were done while the salon was closed as to not inconvenience our customers. I can't say enough good things! Thanks Eric.

Eric completed plumbing work in my home with efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy. He answered questions thoroughly, showed me the cause of the initial problem, and explained how he would repair it. He did not deviate from his original quote. In addition, he recommended a whole-house water filter system and provided a quote in a timely fashion without any sales pressure.

I google for a plumber and found Hot and Cold Plumbing. Upon contact the response was very quick. I send pictures with plumbing problem, the response with rough estimate for cost was also quick. The price was fare and after further consultation I added more work to install a whole house filter, replace kitchen sink faucet and filter.
