My wife and I recently purchased a new house and we needed to have the HVAC looked at. We Called a few other places who said they would be able to make appointments 3 to 4 months out. Google HVAC in Peabody and Lewis at Northshore popped up. Called him and was able to get an appointment in LESS than a week! They arrived right on time and performed the maintenance that was needed, as well as gave some recommendations for filter relocation! Will definitely be using them again in the future for all of my HVAC needs! A++!!

When my HVAC started failing last summer, I was lucky to find Northshore HVAC/R. Lewis responded quickly and got it cooling again, but warned that it was not a long lasting fix. Since the unit was 15 years old, I decided it was better to replace it rather than wait for a complete breakdown, especially given the supply chain delays everyone is experiencing. Lewis is incredibly professional and thorough. We moved into a new home where the mini-splits had been neglected and were filled with cigarette smoke. Lewis and his team were able to make the system like new by diligently and carefully taking apart both units, cleaning and disinfecting them, and then reassembling for use the same day. We plan to have him back to give our furnace the same level of care. He’s made it so our system will last for years to come!

Lewis is the owner of Northshore HVAC/R Svc. My first impression about him is great when he took off his shoes before he entered my house without me asking him to do so. His action tell me that he is very mindful of what he does and he is respecting his customer. I really appreciate he did that even thought it seems very small and may not important to some people; but this is important to me especially for the culture where I came from.

I was so happy to find this service. Lewis is wonderful, very professional, prompt, and reliable. He discovered the problem I was having with a large standing freezer and took care of it the morning the parts came in! In this time of Covid, it can be so hard to get repair and maintenance services, so I feel I have a real find in Lewis. I can recommend him to anyone. I was lucky to have done with Louis from Northshore last year for the first time for my AC unit. I called Louis last week to help me with my tenants heating system to make sure it was set for the winter. Louis came within 3 days and performed and updated the necessary work.
