I ordered an extra oven rack over the phone. The service associate was courteous and efficient. He located our info and said he would order it and call me when it was ready to be picked up by me. The associate called about a week later. I picked up the rack, paid for it and was given a receipt. That took 3 minutes! Very nice people at Milwaukee Appliance.👍

Horrible customer service. Bought a refurbished washer/dryer set Sept 2020; by May 2021 the washer stopped working; just 6 wks out of my warranty. I was initially referred to them by a good friend who told me to call and specifically to ask for Tommy and explain what happened to see if I could get a deal on repair or new washer; seeing as we had the set for LESS THAN 8 MONTHS.
I called Friday, May 7th and left a message with Amanda; no call back.
Called Monday, May 10th; no call back.
Decided to write a post on their facebook page thanking them for their subpar customer service. Within 30 min

Our washing machine was slipping the spin cycle. 2 guys came out from Milwaukee Appliance. Looked at the machine for 10 minutes. Told us it was the "motherboard" (isn't it always the motherboard?) and that we needed a new machine. We paid the $119 service call bill and debated for a week. This morning I discovered that the spin cycle had simply been turned off. I turned it on and it works fine. We won't ask for our money back because we were too stupid to figure it out ourselves. But those 2 repairmen were either incompetent or (you fill in the blank).

Service tech. did come during scheduled time frame, and we were aware of the $40 up front fee.
Our dishwasher was not draining all of the way.
The service tech drained the small to moderate amount of water on the bottom of the dishwasher, and may have unclogged something-he wasn’t really sure. The time and labor was extremely minimal. The appliance was not moved or disassembled in any way. We were unaware of cost during any of this process.
We were charge $170.00 plus for a half hour (at most) and no repairs. Our dishwasher is still holding water on the bottom-same as before. I would suggest

I am LIVID with this company. They were installing a new washer and dryer into my grandmothers home and spilled the water from our old washer onto the floor. They left my 76 year old grandma to clean it up which resulted in her slipping and falling and breaking her arm in 3 places, knee cap, and hurting her wrist. She's been admitted to the hospital and now is going to be in a rehabilitation center. I called and complained and was told i'd get a call back. Never did. Super unprofessional.

Milwaukee Appliance, what can I say?
We have just completed the purchase and delivery of our second full kitchen appliances, this time for the ‘In-Law Suite’ in our home. We were fortunate enough to be able to afford Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances – a wonderful upgrade at an affordable price! Several colleagues, neighbors and family members have purchased miscellaneous appliances for their homes (washers, dryers, dishwashers) and expressed nothing but complete satisfaction.
The Pandemic has wreaked havoc with supply chains, but the crew at Milwaukee Appliance did everything they

Our Washing machine was old and needing repair. They came out and gave us the straight story on repairing a machine this old. Tom credited us the service charge on a new machine. I shopped the big box stores and Toms price was better that any of the others. Then He threw in set-up and delivery, with new hoses to the washer. This puts the deal way over the top. I give them an A+ Best deal ever.

The service call to fix my washer went smooth up to the price point. I asked for a quote prior to service was told $40 for the in home estimate. I asked for their hourly rate and was not given a price. I think 60-90 per hr would be fair. All told I paid 170.00 for less than 1hrs work. I had a drainage clog and pins were loose on my front loader.

My entire family has purchased from Milwaukee appliance, -my mother,my grandmother, my uncle, and my aunt all purchased! Not only is the service exception, they make sure the experience easy and enjoyable! My mother bought a stainless steel french door kitchen aid, and a few other products and she absolutely loves it! Great place to shop, and the prices were lower than the other two stores she went to. Will definitely be back when I purchase my house!

Good news. We are first time homeowners and the light went out in our refrigerator. It wasn't a bulb so we thought maybe it was a good time together a new/used appliance. We went to their showroom and the salesman strongly suggested that we should have a service call before replacing, and the fee could be applied to a new appliance if it couldn't be fixed. We elected to have the service call. The guy came a day early and fixed the socket in about 12 minutes. Saved us hundreds at least.

I just had to write an update and if I could give this place zero stars now, I would. My washer was having the same issue it had four months ago. I called a different company and they came out today. Turns out it was a minor issue, but in order to fix it, the repairman had to take out the pump to retrieve a collar stay that had gotten lodged in there. I asked him if the pump was fairly new, knowing that it had supposedly just been replaced 4 months ago. He frankly told me there was no way the pump could be 4 months old, unless I was doing 20 loads of laundry a day everyday. He took a good look

They advertise $39.95 trip charge but once they get there the charge goes up exponentially! Ended up paying $267.00 for a part, $5.00 - $13.00 new on the internet (yes I looked it up....and that was retail) and it took him 20 minutes to replace. Plus he made a big deal out of the fact I asked him to move the machine 6.5 feet because we're having the wall worked on soon and yes I told the salesman when I made the appointment and he said it would not be a problem but when the repairman got here he argued with me saying they didn't make hoses that long.........UGH! Why can't people

Our eight year old LG front loading washing machine suddenly started to sound like a jet taking off, so we called a long-time known and well established appliance repair business that used to be near our house to come and service the machine: Milwaukee Appliance.
First thing, we were told that, even though they moved their space, it is the same business. On his arrival the technician, Greg, who is also now the owner of MKE Appliance, immediately diagnosed the problem as bad bearings. (By the way, Greg stated he has worked for the company more than thirty years).
