It cost me $94 (and this company was local) just for the guy to come out and tell me that I needed a new compressor. He literally did nothing. It took less than five minutes. I really wish I would have read the other reviews before I called them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

This was our second time using Ace Appliance Repair. They are very professional, knowledgeable & prompt. We needed our refrigerator/freezer compressor replaced. We could have bought a new refrigerator/freezer, however with Covid and stock at stores low and could take weeks to get a new one, we opted to just fix our 7year old LG. They had the part in 2 days and had it fixed. All things considering a very pleasant experience. Thank. You to techs Greg & Steven. You’re now our got to for any appliance repairs needed in future.

Read many of the reviews they are spot on as far as my experience was with them. Of course the technician (Tom) was late. He did call and was very nice. Ok so he is here and diagnosis's the problem, like everything else today it the main circuit board. Doesn't have the part will get it and come back to install. I get an estimate for $405 for the part, ok I know circuit boards can be expensive, I say ok do it. I get a call they can't find the part locally will have to get it out of state and could be up to $500 dollars for the part, I said ok but let me know first. In the meantime I look up the

As the other reviews said they should get zero stars. Gave a window of 1 to 5 got here at 5:40. Blamed the train for the delay. It never took me 40 minutes waiting for a train. Did diagnosis and said they have to order the part and would be back between 9 and 11. Got here at 12:30. Mismanagement. Do not go here. Poor service and high prices too. I should have just bought a new washer. I called to see if I could get a.discount for.the.poor service. Nope. I expect they will be out of business in a year.

They were super fast. Called about my stove and they came the same day. Greg was the technician that came over and he was very smart. He told me hes have been doing working on appliances for over 20 years. He also gave a coupon off my bill. Very reasonable. Will use them again thats for sure. Big thumbs up to them.

They set an appt from 10 am to 2 pm; by 4 pm, have called several times and left messages. They finally respond at 4:30 saying they'll get to us when the can; well after 5 pm. Their diagnosis is refrigerator will cost $1,000 to fix; and leave a bill for almost $100. Awful service!!! Guess 3 1/2 hours or someone else's time doesn't matter to them.
