Trying to book an appt or reach them by phone was virtually impossible. Even when I tried to book an appt online with their website the info that I left was never recorded and when they did return my call they wanted to know all of the same info that I had put on the website. Waited on the phone 10 minutes before the call finally went to voicemail. The service tech was unprofessional. Would not recommend them for any repairs.

Both Michelle and Tom did an outstanding job solving my Freezer/Refrigerator problems.
Michelle took the time, when I called to schedule service, to learn the specifics of my Amana Freezer/Refrigerator frost accumulation problem and taught me the steps I needed to do to solve it. They worked very well.
After drying out over night as Michelle had taught me to do, it worked fine. I still wanted Tom's expert inspection and advice. When he came at the expected scheduled day and time I was very pleased to have Tom inspect the appliance and give me his experienced professional opinion about

Their response was quick, honest and I'm sure the refrigerator has been fixed properly. They immediately informed me about a warranty that I wasn't aware of saving me the cost of the compressor.

Dean was great! After having two other technicians in, he was able to solve the problem quickly. He has access to higher level support which is exactly what we needed. The only problem I had was getting a clear understanding of what the charges would be, trip charge and then minimum fee. It wasn't bad but I would have liked to know this up front.

We had someone come out to determine if our dishwasher was leaking. There wasn't evidence throughout the entire service call, but at the end, he said the seal was leaking. We determined it was more cost effective to replace the dishwasher due to its age rather than repair. Come to find out, once we had a new dishwasher installed, the dishwasher was not leaking. I just wish he would have been honest and told us there was no evidence of a leak, rather than just make something up.
