Appliances can work great for a long time, some of the older appliances last over 30 years, proper maintenance can make them last even longer. Everyday proper handling and regular maintenance is important, Just like your car needs fresh oil and some new tires once in a while appliances have a lot of moving and electronic parts that do break down eventually, but can be easily replaced and and your washer or dryer can be ready to serve you.
Symptoms: freezer not freezing ice cream hard. You will need a technician install a valve to be able to test the refrigerant level and refill the system if possible usually is a temporary repair if the refrigerator is under 5 years old might be not cost effective repairing the leak older 15 year old refrigerators will hold the Freon level for quite a few years.
Sometimes small sock or anything left in the pockets can get through the seals or over the tub basket ang clog the drain pump or damage it. Some of the front load washers have small access door to empty out the trap for the drain pump. When buying frontload washer make sure there is access door for the drain pump otherwise you will need a appliance repair technician to disassemble washer and fix the pump.

Expedient Service and Quality work.
Called 8 am on Monday after dryer stopped heating Sunday afternoon. Ivan returned my call at 9:30 am and was at my house at 10 am. Diagnosed and replaced faulty thermostat and cleaned my dryer vent which likely caused the thermostat failure. Ivan was finished by 10:45 AM that same day. 2 hr 45 min turn around from initial call to repair made. Recommend.
