The craftsmanship and service was so very poor, I decided that I needed to post this review. I payed Omar for to the application of 2-ply window tint to the windows of my Mazda Miata for $350. He insisted to be payed via Venmo.
In the following days after Mr. Rafat completed the job, I noticed numerous air pockets and bubbles that remained under the tint material on each window to which it was applied. Mr. Rafat said that these small bubbles would disappear. However, they had not 5 days after application.

The Blue Star Glass team did an amazing job replacing my windshield. I got a very quick response after submitting a request for a quote. The price for the whole service was competitive and more than reasonable. They worked with my schedule and were able to have the repair complete the very next day. He showed up, already was half way done with the window by the time I offered him a water bottle, even put the door card back 100% correct. Glass fit perfectly, windows and locks work still. Done in an hour, even with the sun setting down, very nice and professional!
Needless to say, but I'm very happy and recommend this guy!

The crew showed up on time and did a great job on my 2021 Tesla Model 3. I feel the price was a little high but I have had another car (2021 Camaro 2SS) tinted by a national tint chain for a few hundred less but it also wasn't as good of a job as what Blue Star Glass did on my Tesla. I would certainly recommend them to others, especially other Tesla owners - they know what they are doing!

Blue Star Glass is a great company! I have used them a number of times over the past several years from replacing full front windows in my van and truck, to small hole fixes, and window tinting. Extremely responsive and flexible. They have showed up same day and late at night when needed. I very much appreciate their professionalism and quality of work. This owner was nice at first until the day came to install my windshield. I was told on the phone that they take all forms of payments, but the day of the install the owner demanded I pay him only venmo. I was away on vacation so I asked my brother to be there when they installed the glass.

We needed the glass replaced on our windshield within a day. I called and was told they would be out the next day between 5-8pm. I got a call around 1 saying they were on the way - well ahead of schedule which is always a good thing!
The owner changed out the glass professionally using USA made glass which is very important to us as well as the business. He cleaned up the job from the windshield replacement that was done poorly by a previous company.
Very happy with the promptness and professional job done. Will be using them again if needed!

Omid and his team have to be the best, most reliable glass team in all of DFW. Probably in all of Texas. He replaced a windshield for me over a year and a half ago. I have to say, it's the only windshield I have ever had that does not wind up with countless rock chips. It is a quality windshield that was properly installed.
After going on a cross-country drive, I did wind up with one small chip. As soon as I returned home, I sent a message over to Blue Star Glass to see if they had time to repair the chip before it starred. They were at my house fixing the chip within a few hours.

I requested a quote through Yelp on a Friday late afternoon and Omid responded within a couple of minutes with a fair price. His mobile tech, Jhony, called me within the hour and said he could come out to my house on Saturday morning. At 930 am he phoned Saturday to say he was 15 minutes away. He arrived and completed a flawless fix, I paid via Venmo, and he was gone within 15 minutes. These guys know customer service. I had this huge windshield crack that was about to spread fast. Within an hour they were in my driveway and had it fixed. Saved me a new windshield. Thanks Omid.
6/14/21 Today was another great experience/service from Blue Star Glass. At 5:15pm a truck sped by me and a rock hit my windshield with the result being a large crack/star right in driver view. At 5:50pm below is a pic of Jhony repairing my windshield. I told my 14 year old to remember that kind of service if he every has his own business. I love great service. Thanks Omid and Jhony!
