Alex was amazing! I texted him on Wednesday and he scheduled me for Friday. Perfect! He texted that he was on his way and arrived exactly at our scheduled time. He worked quickly and efficiently. I had a very disgusting stain in my hallway and when the job was done it was gone. He also cleaned my couch and it looks brand new. I will be recommending his services to all my friends and family. Great price. Ok great service and very friendly. You can tell from all the reviews that he takes pride in his work.

I contacted ACT this weekend for an estimate and received a call back the same day. I was able to schedule an appointment for this past Tuesday and they did a great job. I have been in my home since 2008, with a 6 year old born in 2014, and have never had my light carpet cleaned. Needlessness to say the company had their work cut out for them. They did a very good job cleaning my living room and two hallways. They also cleaned my couches and chair in my living room. I am very pleased with the results. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 and not 5 rating is because there are a couple of stains

Awesome service! I called Alex because I wanted my grandmas carpets cleaned, he arrived early and my grandma decided she wanted to add a couple extra areas he was more than willing to do them. He did a fantastic job, I can not believe how good the living room and hall look right now. We will definitely be calling to get the back two rooms and the couch cleaned as well. Might just do the tile in the kitchen and bathroom too.

I was in desperate need of a carpet cleaning and I called them about 2 times w/o leaving a vm on the third call I did leave one and got a returned call a few hours later. I spoke to a guy named Alex and told him about my situation, that it was an urgent matter, and then asked for a rough estimate. Alex said that he needed to speak with his partner and would call me or text me back in about 30 min- 1 hour later. Awesome Company! We have had them come out to our place several times over the years. They are the nicest company to deal with. We have a nice home in Rosedale that we try and keep in tip top shape and always have ACT come out and do our cleaning. All of my family uses them now also and are extremely happy with them. Texted this business yesterday about getting my carpets cleaned. They set up an appointment at 1:30 to come by for what I thought was just a quote, but Alex was ready to go when he showed up! He took about half an hour to do 4 rooms in our house. Our carpets have never looked cleaner! It cost even less than what he had quoted through text. So incredibly reasonable. I will never rent another rug doctor again! I highly recommend them.

Have used them for quite a while with my home and a lot with our business. And yeah we've put Apple with the unprofessional being late, not making it, rescheduling at the last minute, there's no such thing as good help today people or professional businesses they're falling by the wayside.
We've given this company a lot of our business in the last year and this last time around we had two 12 x 15 offices cleaned and A smaller office spot cleaned. The guy that shows up toothpick hanging out of his mouth, wearing a wife beater, unprofessional, and didn't even get the stains

TERRIBLE!!! NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!! Had to give a 1 star because 0 was not an option. Had an appointment scheduled and waited over 1 hour.....NO CALL NO SHOW!!!!! I called and Alex the owner answered and I was told he was going to call me in 5 minutes and never called me back. I sent a text with no answer and left a vm..nothing!! I do not recommend them at all. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!

If I could leave a 0 I would. Made appt for 2:30 on a Friday. I work 2 1/2 hours away drove home to be there by 230 and they never called or showed up. I called and text Alex number of times no answer or text. Not professional at all to just leave a customer waiting. Others left the same review on Google review.

I am very happy with ACT Carpet Cleaning.
Let me explain first that we wanted to have the carpets cleaned before our new kitten arrived. We were trying to ensure that any pet smells (dander, hair, etc.) from our older cat (that had recently passed away) were removed and we needed our carpets refreshed.
My husband called for a quote about a month ago and got a very reasonable quote. We decided we wanted to book the cleaning, but due to some other family issues that arose in the month, we just never got around to booking him...until, we suddenly found there were only 10 days before the new kitten

I have used Act Carpet cleaning maybe 3-4 times. The owner Alex has done our cleaning every time. He Is friendly, fast and efficient and does an excellent Job. The last time I had him clean two of our upholstered chairs. All work was great. He just recently got a new truck/equipment and our carpets were dryer than ever and finished drying very quickly. Underpowered equipment will leave a lot more water and it will take longer to drive. Highly Recommended !!! :)
