This is an EXCELLET company all around. Great customer service. Unlike Stanley Steamers (who we used in the past), they this company seems to really care that you are happy with your service. We just had an amazing experience having McGeorge Brother’s clean our carpet. Our carpets look better than they did when we first installed the carpet three years ago. Scheduling was smooth and completely accommodating. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Cons ~ When asked if Washer/Dryer had already been moved to clean that area, Antonio (Proprietor) replied yes.
To find out later that was untrue. I telephoned to inform (Proprietor) Antonio of this. Mary the receptionist / scheduler said he would return at another time, I declined as it should have been done the first time, as he advised me he had done so. I would have appreciated truthfulness and 100% honesty which is very important.

This family owned business is absolutely amazing! I'm a very picky and detailed person and was shocked with the results when they were finished cleaning the carpets and tile. I didn't think the tile/carpet could look that good. You can tell they take pride in their work and it shows. It was easy to schedule an appt and they arrived on time and ready to work. Thank you!
