Eric is top notch. He was totally professional in cleaning our carpets. He was sensitive to some physical limitations I had and went above and beyond in his job of cleaning our carpets. They were cleaned completely, and looked just like new. I would recommend him, and have in the past, to anyone needing carpet cleaning.
